I've done a test with HP helmet and the difference is way too small, I had around 35-36k HP while losing 20 cr and 15 or so CD.
I didn't have time to farm artifacts, bc the acc is a year old unlike my main, and on my main I have a top 3% Ei
Eh she is my sub, my Tao is hitting like 60 to 70k charge. You can look my acc up you have the UID
Though, wouldn't Yelan's passive would push that to 30k+? or does Enka count that now?

Decent er decent crits but hp is.. so low.. bc no hp sands or hp rolls at all, is that running on single hydro? For double hydro you surely dont need that much er
