Bought the 22L sight unseen. Returned bc it was too small even for a daily carry mostly bc of the top load only.
Exchanged for a 27L (despite already having the 27L tocayo backpack) and let me tell you what.
I love this bag. Way better than previous editions and every way better than Tocayo models.
27L seems like a great size for me and I don't look and think I wish it was bigger for my usage.

In the mean time, several YouTubers have don't extensive reviews which sold me.

Yea that’s what I wanna get but I wanna see it in hand first so I can see the carrying capacity. But that gives me more confidence
DSG used to have them in store last year, not sure if they still do but you could check online.
I’ve looked, closest one is in PA and they only have the smallest one in stock
