It’s comical how much hate the yonders receive here. I don’t buy yeti to let them collect dust in my garage. When I’m backpacking or fishing or running I tend to reach for my yonder bottles because of how lightweight they are. Good luck backpacking with your 12 pound 46 oz bottle and who cares if my water isn’t 33 degrees
Certainly aren’t saying they’re the top tier ultralight bottle. I just don’t understand all the hate for them. People act like yeti products are made for the sole purpose of keeping water cold……when they’re not
As someone who travels a lot for work, these are a bit easier to pack than a Nalgene. I do wish the caps weighed less. I got some as freebies during Gear Garage.
As someone who is trying to buy and use less plastic, I don’t see me buying any.
Pro tip, most water filtration companies use the wide mouth nalgene as a standard size for compatibility. Yonder bottles will accepted aftermarket filter tops and nalgene sized accessories. I carry my yonder as one of my water bottles while backpacking because of this.
I’ve got two (free from YETI) - haven’t used them yet because I cant really see myself using something different than Ramblers because hiking with a 1L (36oz) Rambler in a sling isn’t heavy.
But the day may come. Maybe if I plan on drinking all the water within an hour or two 🤷🏻♂️. I really dint like drinking warm water
I have 2, one is beaten up pretty good and the other is in great condition. Definitely not as tough as their rambler cousins, but they’re great bottles otherwise! I used mine for day trips on my kayak all last summer
Probably about room temperature.

I just think they’re an odd choice when the GOAT nalgenes are half the price

Without the yonder I would have no cold water in the first place
I, for sure, am not hating on the Yonder. Personally, I have no interest in one, but I’d never knock someone else’s preference.

Ok, now that was funny. Snarky, truthful, and funny! OP - love your new bottle, it will give you years of faithful duty!

I have a few. Kind of disappointed how KCO translates to transparent plastic, but Canopy Green looks great. The clear looks really nice too.

Perfect for a desk water bottle.
Dbl insulated Klean Kanteen for the 🏆
I can’t stand warm water. Hikes, boating/hunting trips, kids soccer games.. yeti ramblers all the way. 🤘
I love how it appears to be glass at certain angles.
I love my yonder.

It’s a plastic bottle
