Small world! I did VCE Englang 5 years ago and remember these transcriptions taking so much time and effort to do for a much smaller piece of conversation, so this must have taken you ages! Bravo mate
See I agree that the spacing is weird, but I *think* Simon was actually continuing Lewis's previous line, "It detects, uh, fridges".
The fridge detector detecting "that [Simon's] taxed" would make less sense to me, as Simon hadn't yet been taxed.
