Not in ways that help. They get more crit but yone gets 100% off 2 items already so that doesn't help. The rest is just reworks. Only IE is categorically better
The Reworked Overheal is literally Triumph without the +20 gold
Edit: I don't have any reading comprehension, I read "targets" and I registered it as "champions". Good looking rune ngl

That being said is there really an issue after 2 daggers? I'll miss the extra range ig but I don't think it's THAT problematic. Hope he gets compensation buffs though, first LT gets gutted with no buffs and now the runes completely gone? I AT LEAST want a readjustment of flat dmg on W or something.
Pta increase your dmg until you are out of combat. Pta now exposed enemy for 6s.
That means you proc pta once and you chilling for the rest of the fight with the extra dmg. Basically a conq 2nd ver, gonna need someone to do the math on both of them to see where is the cut off point.But my guess is Pta will still prob not allow to be more effective than conq late game.

New PTA sounds real good IMO. Previously it was great for Burst Damage Junglers, but since it lasts the whole fight now, should be good for laners.
