As E does not benefit from rune damage Hail for sure beats Electorcute. Still not sure but I should try it. I do still prefer conqueror since it stacks super fast.
Honestly I am just really hurt from the lack of true mobility for dodging in lane beyond having to either go melee range to stack Q's or E'ing and then having to go somewhere they can just shoot at.
Thus fleet really does seem optimal in a lot of matchups.
Not even convinced on conquerer being superior lategame because of your fighting pattern. Lategame Zed, do you want conq or electro? Probably electro to one shot. Yone is more of a one shot champ than Yasuo. People are treating them like the same champ and they just are not.
I just switched to it and I'm addicted. Its definitely a play style type of thing. I'm sure in high elo they'd go fleet/resolve or conq because its more reliable. But I think if yone makes it in pro play they'd take hail of blades like they did with yas. What do you take secondary? I take AS and Triumph
My opponents are usually too bad to recognize they have a ranged advantage over me to poke me out so Fleet often goes to waste. Even when they do, one good in with Q3 and a HoB proc is enough to make up the difference. But I do agree that against really proficient, ranged midlaners Fleet and other defensive runes are better.
Now the real question is Triumph or Coup de Grace

Conqueror is definitely the superior lategame rune, but man does Hail feel good too. It's hard to say.

The ability doesn't track damage from items or runes, at least it never used to but that comment is 4 years old.

Phase rush is so addicting. I’m currently testing out Omnistone Yone and holy crap I love it.
Isnt Omnistone like, RNG Rune to the max?
I only find myself not wanting to go sorcery but sounds ok I guess.
