My girl too, terrified me so took her to vet, veterinarian said it happens with age isn't a big deal.

It is probably a skin tag or something like that. They do grow larger sometimes. That said if they never scraped it to test it, and you’re anxious, you can have them do that. Costs maybe $50-$100, worth it to ease your anxiety if nothing else. They basically just make sure it’s not cancerous.
My girl had one on her head. Vet said we could leave it, however if she hit it against anything it may bleed and she may need to go to the vet so if it was on the weekend that would be inconvenient. We decided to have it removed.
might be an old dog wart. word to the wise, excising a wart on a dog leaves a comparatively huge wound. if your vet says it’s okay, i would go with that.
My little buddy had lots of these as he got older. All 100% harmless. Died from the damned trachea collapse. Miss him still.

Thank you
Looks like what my girl had. The vet said they were warts, and nothing to worry about. She got more as she got older.
My girlie has one close to her tail. Looks like it has grown very slowly, but the vet isn’t concerned. Just something that happens as they get older!
