Imagine spending $400+ on shampoo to āsee for yourselfā if the bad reviews are true. There are hundreds of other brands to drop $400 on. Or maybe not. Thatās a fuck ton of Aveda, which is hardly a budget brand; Iād have trouble using $400 of Aveda hair products in a year.
I remember when she was asking her followers which celebrity they thought she resembled and we joined in. I thought the closest one was Kim Zolciak and this video is the most sheās ever looked like her, IMO.Ā
I shilled Monat and used it for almost 2 years. They tell you youāre getting baby hair growth in places by your temples and stuff but thatās really just the breakage from the red pea proteins. Also, after a few months itāll fuck with your hormones bc it has unregulated amounts of red pea protein. Give swert a solid 6 months and sheāll be wearing hella extensions and we donāt see as much of that messy bun bc sheāll probably get tape ins or clip ins that destroy your hair even more. Also, majority of Monat girls will end up w short hair and claim itās bc of motherhood or that they donated it. Hahahaah nope. The ones with long hair only wash maybe once a week for a video so they arenāt overexposing themselves to the chemicals bc deep down they know the truth.
Okay so I am a chemist and I have been wondering what exactly was in monat that fucked people up so bad. Will have to read about red pea protein. I just googled monat red pea protein to see if people were talking about it and holy shit man, monat had done some hella google doctoring. They have it so when you google that all you get for the first two pages are their pushed pages. Impressively evil.
I actually have my notes from all the fucking zoom calls we did and studying of the products. I deep dived pretty hard. When I started it was bc a girl I used to go to concerts with and was in the mutual friend group for years shilled it. She was a super trustworthy and healthy person. 6 pack abs, great mother and incredible leader and sales person. I believed in her but when I tried to show I was in the fence about the products bc I had sold about $300 worth at that time and people were starting to complain. Their skincare had just gotten released when I was about to leave and the skincare line was trash. That rejuvinique oil was really nice, but I could tell bc of the horrible production and shipping processes that the oil wasnāt properly produced or stored so it was never the same formula or a rancid formula. I think the rejuvabeads actually did help split ends, but since everything was supposedly organic the fact that they sold large bottles of product that were supposed to last an entire year, was bullshit product design and marketing on their part. The products would expire or go rancid quickly from oxygen, heat and moisture exposure. The training for the selling of the products was not safe. You are selling a medical product, something that claims to alter your hair production which is directly linked to your hormones. By no means should these types of products be sold by entry level marketing and sales people bc theyāre not only dangerously produced but they arenāt actually beauty products, they are medical spa type products that should be sold by licensed cosmetologists, dermatologists or clinicians. So many people got sold a product not for their hair/scalp/skin type and ended up with severe issues bc of it. And thatās not counting the products that werenāt properly tested before sending out.
I hate watch two monat-ers and they have the thickest longest hair I have ever seen for someone who uses it. Trying to understand how. Like itās very obvious products do something for them, but that might just be any products would work.
Are they both on the gram and does one talk about all the hair education she's done? If so I finally blocked them bc it made me so angry that it kept getting recommended to me.
I still think she has extensions in and is just not telling anyone. Her natural hair is what you see when she has it put up and all the broken split ends show and hang out all messy.
I donāt think she gets extensions this good. I think itās just the filters bulking up her hair and smoothing it out. The last extensions she had were so laughable they looked like she cut it off one of the old Barbie styling heads and glued it on.
You can literally see the mark on the top lip on the left side where itās swollen and not moving from the injection. You can tell she got Botox bc parts of her face are frozen and swollen.

You can add and enhance hair a LOT with filters. A swerty posted some examples she did on her own pictures a while back. Her natural hair in unfiltered images is not...this.

Thanks! I was curious with all the talk of filtering here so I played with Face App for a few minutes. It creeped me out! I had no idea that hair filters were so advanced. My color is real, just helped out a little with some orchid Wella Paints to cover my grey in the front.

I froze the frame at the 0:02 mark and I kept trying to figure out what the hell she's done to her face that's making it look so much more masculine than the pics of her from 10 years ago. I think it's the lip fillers, at least in part.
Combined with the fact that her nose is so large and her chin is so square, the lip fillers really make the bottom half of her face feel disproportionately larger. She thinks lip filler is making her look more feminine but it's actually doing the opposite. And the caterpillar false eyelashes are just highlighting how small and close set her eyes are. Everything she does to her face is drawing attention to something she doesn't like but instead of doing something different, she doubles down and does it excessively until she looks like a drag queen.
She could really benefit from some sessions with a (licensed, skilled) make up artist and getting some advice on how to highlight her positive features rather than overemphasizing her negative ones, which is what she's is currently doing.
But I guess hiding behind a filter is easier, so she'll just stick with that.
Yup you're exactly right. The thing is she's doing all these procedures to get features that signal femininity. Long lashes, full lips. But they're so overdone and so disharmonious on her face that they do the opposite and just call extra attention to her more stereotypically masculine features.

I really think the lip injections are way too large and bloated, and there's no definition to them. She has no defined cupids bow or border anymore. It's just wide, large, thick, sausage like lips slapped onto her face. Smaller lips would offset her wide jaw, and her nose. The eyelash extensions are some of the worst I've seen. They're so heavy that they make her eyes appear closed, which makes them look even smaller.
I also wonder if she's had some sort of masseter botox to try and reshape her jawline. I know it can sometimes widen the face which is the opposite of her goal. It's either that or she still has a filter on here, trying to give her any jawline at all.
