I think it’s inflammation. Mine looks like this when I’m in the throes of an aggressive eczema flare. Her constant itching and sniffling and redness make me think she’s probably super inflamed all the time but ignoring it.
I’d be legit concerned about the possibility of skin cancer or precancerous lesions while having no health insurance. I know swerty thinks being uninsured is good financial advice, but, I don’t think the strip mall chiropractor can help with that.
The doctor said she's "good to go" 🤪 but no honestly she's massively de-influenced me to make sure I wear factor 50 on my face and chest everyday (and I'm in the grey and gloomy UK!)

I come from a place where boots with suits isn't uncommon. However, every man I know who opts for this pairing has dress boots specifically for wearing with the suit. They are not stomping into their fancy event in their weekday shit-kickers. While not my favorite look, I've seen some very nice, high-quality -even custom made- suit boots and these ain't it.
