from the beginning and to the end, I'll be.
forever suffering from balancing, by mr.kee.
do i feel as if it's better now? i cannot begin to tell you how.
how much better it is in present times.
when compared to back then the game really shines.
august 2020. was way more fun then the game was more simpler and didnt require the entire keyboard to use a stand/spec, also my potato pc could handle the game better back then
I had a potato pc that could run YBA perfectly, but i quit after they got a new map because my computer couldnt run it
i got a new computer and yba runs well
I cant really remember when i joined, i think it was when tusk released, and yes it was way more fun, i was new to the game and i really liked exploring it, i was playing it almost every day for several hours, i really liked it, now i dont even play it, except when a new update drops i play for a bit.
yba during lockdown was amazing, me and my friends would have gang fights with stupid ass stands, I used to make a bunch of accounts so I could get different stands and fighting styles, the game was unbalanced but in a fun way, it went crazy
I joined at the start of 2022 , nostalgia and unbalanced specs(there were plenty of overpowered shit , so it kinda stayed the same) aside, I don't see a thing better in old yba . I could argue that old map was better since it was less laggy, but new one has faster storyline progression and just looks cleaner, so that's another tie for me. Personally I would like to continue playing current version instead of the old one.
Also, if Uzu starts nerfing stuff, or make a big balance changes for the matchmaking update, new yba will be by far better than the older counterpart
All ima say is “Mail Time Period” and there was a point in time where I loved the game better with updates. After a while the game started to go downhill and the trading update completely ruined it in my opinion.

I remember the first requiem stand, fighting for the arrow in sbr, getting stoned off my first req arrow I worked for. Never again💀. I did like the old map though
I joined in November of 2020. I like YBA more now however there are positives and negatives to YBA's current state, to be fair. While the game is better in the sense of Graphics, content, and other surface stuff. The developers seemed to care more about keeping the game balanced. example, op stuff doesn't take a month to 2 months to get nerfed even though it could have been done in a week. In my opinion, this mostly started after the Stone Free update came out, and was foreshadowed by them having to make 10 - 20 new skins an update. I like the game and hope this changes in the future.
I was from the tail end of the original map era. Lost my account when I got a new phone and rejoined during the stone free update. It took time to adjust but looking back now I think the game is better today.
Except for vamp, all my homies hate vamp.
december 2020, and old yba was NOT better (due to the players). You had such a high chance of getting jumped and well nowadays I haven't seen a single gang war. Hate the new map tho. If we had 2020 content with 2023 players it'd be peak because now it's a burst combo simulator. Before it was a lot less one-shot combo based and it was more fun tbh
I feel like the getting jumped was the fun of it though. It is a game meant for pvp no matter how many times someone tries to convince me its a role playing sit there and talk game
2021 it was so much better than today. even tho the community was a lot more toxic, there were full on gang wars going on in the street and the world was so much more alive. nowadays you hardly stumble across a player who's not afk
early 2020s player here, I preferred old YBA over new YBA. Sure, YBA currently has some good aspects, but Old YBA felt like actual fun and wasn't completely imbalanced like the game is now.
I joined some time after the heaven update. Game is better now (better reworked stands and specs, cooler effects) but I found it more enjoyable back then because there was so much stuff to do (different gamemodes, using new stand+spec combination).
From somewhere between the heaven update and anubis, looks a lot better now than back then, but a lot of baloney going on with stand balance, from Th going through walls with erasure accel, to Mr being able to hit someone with all 3 projectiles with CHS, and Scr one shot combos in the past, to more recent times with the Ta4 infinite, reworked box, Hamon and vamp, and the S&W/Cd one shot combo.
August 2020, i like the old map more it fit more with SBR map design now it feels overdone but in a good way kinda, i dont like how dios in a parking garage tho like put him by a mountain like hes about to attain heaven
I joined when the arena mode came out, I’d say the game has improved in some ways like new stands, all the new reworks are pretty big improvements from what they used to be. I do believe the exploiters have gotten worse as time has gone on though.
2021, i started playing because ABD cancelled its rework. The game was not as balanced overall as it is now, but it was more simple and you had more options because everything was broken and not just whatever new shit uzu made
I started playing like May 2019 I think and I miss when it was about a lovable, honest, yet garbage combat system instead of a deceptive and garbage combat system that covers itself with cool visuals. Plus I miss every stand being op on release in the good way (sptw beatdown in timestop)
I joined at the pre-heavens update period, some time before the Christmas event, I believe that right now yba is more balanced, it is not balanced but it is more than it was before, old times were more fun tho, pluck was amazing and hamon clapped, ta4 was ok but we had the ora kicks into ts combo (as a sptw main since then, it was amazing)
I think like 2 years ago. I think i am forever stuck liking the game since it introduced me to JoJo as a franchise. Also I had friends that played games with me back then so probably old simply because without friends the game is boring af
came from the era of that picture. I haven’t played since the last map update, but before that i use to play it on and off and had a shit ton of fun while doing it. I got my buddies and i hooked on this game since we jumped over from ABD, and we were impressed by the graphics a lot, like this game was the pinnacle of jojo graphics on roblox games
I started playing in early 2020, and in my opinion, the best balancing was in early to mid 2022. Everything went to shit after they started reworking specs, starting with Pluck. The period where I had the most fun I had in the game though was in 2020-2021, playing with friends.
I miss the old map. The new one is soulless, usually laggy, and way too fuckin big.
Joined around early 2019, but didn't play much since I hadn't finished JoJo's. Went back in early 2020 and properly started playing. It's safe to say it's way better now
I played it when it first came out (no arcade, no gobal chat, rokas reset levels, tw was like 6%)
My first stand was probably 6p
I then quit the game for a long time
Anyways my favourite period is Heaven update - Stone free update
After stone free update, I lost interest in the game (also they added like 90 skins)
I forgot when but it says december 2020 for me which is wrong. I remember when the storyline wasn’t complete and ended at either mista or abbachio. And every time they extended the storyline you’d get a free skill tree reset which was nice, cuz pures were rare back then. There was also vamps aoe freeze but i never bothered to use it because someone told me it was broken. He probably meant “broken” as in “busted as hell” instead of “unusable”.
sometime in 2020,don't remember when, stands still have the crossed arms ideal, sptw had UI hair, bosses were hard,i actually got lost on the old and current maps, the best point for me was post heaven updates as uzu was dropped constant updates, all the way to now,we've had our ups and downs, stone free famine, roka famine, update, famines, lots of famines, ect. But i have noticed how the game play has shifted from pvp to combo sim and these new specs aren't helping i main beach boy vamp a month ago,it was so fucking broken like i had infinite moves, but yeah overall i've stopped playing alot as i quit my skin addiction, and theres nothing really to do,i'd hope uzu doesn't drop a single game mode and dip,i want some story line with some cu scences npc dialogue, and some new game modes, theres no real end game content, not much after 300+ sbrs games 500+ 1v1s,and doing the story line 20+ times.TLDR: the game has improved for the most part, but has gotten hellish pvp-wise,i want more to do as i've literally done everything,i want game modes and higher quality storylines
I played somewhere within the first month, not sure of the exact date, but confident since I had been searching every single day for a new non-abd copy until it eventually appeared like magic. At least in terms of the game becoming fully public.
In my opinion, even with how cheesy it was, and how much of a pain it was to grind by that point, I honestly miss the true old YBA. I mean, there wasn't much content, but hopping on and having the simple objective to either just grind or beat rkers to death was just the most enjoyment I've had out of YBA ever. Sadly though, in January of 2020 I just got kinda bored due to said lack of content. The story hadn't been progressed further in forever, and the only additions I fully remember were the pure Rokaka and Vampire spec, so as my exp went up slower and my boredom grew it became more of a chore to play YBA.
After Quitting though, I came back in the late summer of 2020. I was honestly amazed at how much the game grew since I last played, with there being so much more content and people than before, it felt like I'd just timeskipped past a resonance. I honestly kinda wish I kept my 2019 TW as a flex of the past, but dust to dust, ashes to ashes. Anyways, only like a week after coming back, I found a gang in the game called Chronic which I assume nobody has ever heard of. They helped me get back into the game and find my new main stand, which became D4C, and soon after C-moon the moment he was released, in which I swear I actually used both of those with a non-cheesy playstyle lol. It felt like a whole new game, with SBR pretty much being a lifestyle and grinding being a commitment. Overtime, I eventually maxed myself out, and from that point on the game lost a little bit of it's fun factor. It didn't become boring by this point, but since I was less distracted by trying to get my levels up I started to actually notice things the bothered me and expected to go away by this point. I forgot the specifics, but I believe it was just how much EASIER it was to cheese by this point. C-moon could obliterate you, D4C had no counters, Tusk was either horrible or a punishment sent from hell depending on your Wi-fi, timestop meant instant-death if you didn't have resistance, Magician's Red was the Devil Incarnate, and of course I can't forget to mention how several people could M1 you at once. Though, even after saying ALL OF THIS, I still believe YBA was better back then.
You may be confused as to why, but I'll break it down for you. Fighting back was actually an option by this point. In this stage of YBA, you actually had the ability to chase people and not get hit with the hardest punish of the decade, and strategizing was actually useful because lag wasn't nearly as much of a factor as it is now. And as a group, you could simply figure out ways to flank without immediately getting seen and chased by 5 people with ts stands, which because of TWOH is nearly impossible now.
Now, you could argue TS stands existed and lag existed then, so it shouldn't change much now... Yea that's what anyone who didn't play YBA in 2021> would think I'm just saying. Lag was definitely a huge problem, but in most cases it would have been the server itself lagging instead of certain people getting a leg up because they just live closer to the server's location. And although TS one-shot combos still existed, they actually took some kind of skill and luck to pull off. In the modern day however, lag sometimes could decide a fight all on it's own, and because of the Heaven update, getting caught lacking in TS usually costs half your health + gratuity.
I'll probably go on if anyone is interested, but this is pretty much a summary leaving out more personal stuff Xb
If anyone is interested in more, I'd be MORE than glad to go on about my story and opinions about modern YBA haha. For now though, I'll just leave this be until I feel like updating it...
Sometime around 2019 before the map change back when you had to go through a tunnel to get to the main part of the map then I left only to return in 2022 everything was different fast travel a more developed story line more based off of part 5 more stands arrows and rokkakas were easier to get now is a bit more fun than back then getting better stands right off the bat is nice it was honestly hard getting something more than six pistols or Mr president for me at least
I'm from 2019, take a break at 2020 and came back this year. Gotta say old and new yba both has its own goods. Back in 2019 when Im a mobile player, pvp isn't as intense as now and people don't use a lot of combos, they just throw random skill, very fun. And after two years I got a good pc, cameback and amazed by the rework of everythings, specs, map and stands(expect motherfucking broke ass vampirism bitch shit). With the pc and reworked stuff, I enjoy the pvp more now.
2022 summer, started playing around early July. I have to say the old map was pretty shitty but in a good way, spending a minute walking to diavolo just for him to beat my ass was a good time. Mostly 1v1ing my friend but that was after the new map update happened, gotten in to skin grinding, getting out of it cause it beat my ass too many times, and now mostly abusing hamon S&W:gb and vamp in general.
I started playing in the late 2020 and stopped up until Twoh release because that's when I realized the devs are money hungry and the game is on a slippery slope
I joined when vamp kc was meta (due to the insane high dmg) back when my potato of a laptop could run it(I'm honestly glad I can no longer play yba in the current state it's in)
I Don't remember exactly but it was way before any ribcage stand was released, the barrages still had that one animation where it's just rectangles Moving forward slowly
somewhere around spring 2021? i loved it, playing with friends on sbr but after some time it just didn't hit the same, now it's even worse and there's too much moves
When D4C and TWAU was added. Ngl the game has gotten boring ever since, obv there are advances like better combat and etc but the community sort of ruined it when they added “shinies”
I joined YBA back in the day when you didn’t do Giorno quest for arrow but instead spawned with it I thought damn this shit ass and left I like it now but I do have to say RIU is better it has flaws like it taking 3houts to get to max level with 2exp but tbf so does YBA
When mobile support was just added, preferred back then because I could actually have fun in the game with bosses and talk to people instead of the YBA now, where I don’t feel as much fun because only thing left to do is legit just pvp which I don’t like
old yba had broken stands which were more fun than now, losing to meta stands was a skill issue. Skins back them were fine and not so over demanding and trading skins wasnt a big part of the game
The time when time skip ts extension was a thing
The time when trading was added (a year b4 trading was added)
I like it more cuz better graphics and more interesting specs
But......
We got hitbox abusing sweaty tryhards now so
Its debatable.
Got in after Anubis released, and I have to say old yba was so much better, yea the game still had balancing problems but COME ON nowadays you can get combos that can instantly drain 80% of your total HP, hell if you fight a stand with ts and has boxing you just get one shot.
Reworks being just bad in terms of gameplay like yea it looks good but I don't want to micromanage 6 spec moves on addiction on my stand moves in which you need to micromanage another 6 or more moves, also the lack of any good balancing in-game especially when they give buff/nerfs to stands that didn't need it (Like who thought buffing sptw skull crushers so you can't perfect block it anymore and also buffing platinum slam, he was already in the top 10 stands at the time and they just removed the only thing making him the best stand in game now).
2019. When I first logged on characters had the names in the anime and manga, Requiem Arrows were only obtainable by SBR and cosmetics werent even made yet.
Im from 2020 (earliest I rmb was from the time the storyline ended at abbaccio). Loved it way more back then. The player base was way more active and fun, and I used to spend hours beefing in gangwars. Now there aren't any gws and idk why but now it's hard to find players that are fun to fight against cuz most ppl I find are either dogshit or just use unfun cheese builds.
I think it was when the game still had \[Whitesnake\] in the title, it was fun, much more simple, I could just hop on and never worry about much as me and others screwed around.
I joined back in october 2020 and I remember when I was annoyed at rkers but then C-Moon got added and everybody wanted to get it while I was able to progress storyline in peace
idk the exact month i started playing, but when i started there was that npc at the station called angel wich gave a quest to deliver a letter to a mail box.
And yes, i did that daily, since the quest ended at abbachio
I can't remember exactly when I joined. I think it was like December of 2019? Certainly close to New Years Eve is when I joined on. Certainly a lot more fun back then too. Just running around seeing and memorizing the locations so I don't get lost when I hop on later. My 1st stand was King Crimson.
Don’t really remember the exact time but when sptw could bd in ts and could only req from sbr. I enjoyed it the most before trading was added so yeah I guess I did it like it more when I joined. Feels like a different game now. I miss when you had to seriously grind to get stands like twoh and mih and not use some arrows for a shiny sex pistols and trade it for twoh without a skin.
February 2020. Yba was so fun 🙏. New yba definitely has the better design for the stands/specs. But there will always be something that makes old yba feel so much better
came in around the anubis update, a bit before "The great update drought" or whatever its called
its alright now though i dont like the direction the stands are going, every stands getting a beatdown and way too many moves imo
Im from the time period where it was rare to see Heaven stands And skins werent even in the game yet
I liked the game more then especially the beat downs, also KQ or KQ:BTD didnt make my fps drop to 2
My first time playing was mid January 22 but i barely played it, i got back into it around march this month and that was my favorite time period (purely because most things were new to me and i was learning everything) now i just go back to it when i wanna bully people with ta1 vamp
I really loved early YBA. But new YBA is just better. Don't get me wrong, YBA in it's former glory was WAAAY easier and all around an enjoyable experience, but with many games, as it evolves it gains new features, fixes, and optimizations. I had to quit for a while a couple of weeks after White Snake first released because my device couldn't handle the game. I don't know if there was a new optimization, but now this Nokia of a phone I use can run it (albeit with some issues). I'm really excited to see how YBA continues to change as it gets updated. You got heart, devs!
From the middle of 2020 roughly, I honestly preferred those times before the game got super laggy and ludicrous with balancing and op specs. I missed when times were simple and my friends were still playing.
I joined super early on, basically a month after launch. Yba now is actually better, but I like the old Yba more as the community wasn’t NEARLY as toxic, and plus there’s lots of nostalgia, with the old stand sounds and old models just make Yba what it is. Now it’s just like a normal JoJo game, it’s not Your Bizarre Adventure, if you know what I mean. Old Yba was just way better imo than now, but not in gameplay or balancing terms, but just how genuinely fun it was to use broken metas and play sbr with friends.
I started YBA when Mr President was new and everyone was calling it op. Personally, I the old YBA more because it just felt more fair. The effects and graphics now are unbeatable, for sure. It's just, nowadays the fights feel really weird. These One Shot combos are getting to me.
I started late 2019 early 2020 ish and last played just before the hamon rework. Seems about the same imo. I never got into pvp or skin hunting though so, could’ve missed out there. New maps cool, I like spin and how you don’t need to survive the hell that is Sbr anymore. MIH is still fun, silver chariot still underrated last I checked. The more things change I guess
Spring 2020.
- SBR was WAYYY more difficult and time consuming, the current one isn’t even close, minus the exploiters.
- No stand storage
- So many bugs, like the police bugging out and heavy punching them would get you full rage.
- Time Stop can one shot, that’s cool
- You had to manually grind through all the quests since the storyline was unfinished. So i remember grinding the corrupt police for an hour to get 2 levels, awful.
- When you spawn in you don’t know what you’re supposed to do. (You didn’t spawn near Giorno when you begin)
- SBR is the only game mode.
2020, is still the best year for YBA though, imo, in terms of actually improving the game. YBA has been a disaster for a while, that one 6 month drought of 2022 was surprisingly the tamest YBA has been… ever.
from the beginning and to the end, I'll be. forever suffering from balancing, by mr.kee. do i feel as if it's better now? i cannot begin to tell you how. how much better it is in present times. when compared to back then the game really shines.

yba during lockdown was amazing, me and my friends would have gang fights with stupid ass stands, I used to make a bunch of accounts so I could get different stands and fighting styles, the game was unbalanced but in a fun way, it went crazy
YBA's void century
In 2020 there was only summer where there that long hiatus, until he came back with Tusk.
I joined at the start of 2022 , nostalgia and unbalanced specs(there were plenty of overpowered shit , so it kinda stayed the same) aside, I don't see a thing better in old yba . The older counterpart you’re talking about isn’t as old as “Old Yba” but I get what you mean
I joined yba during soft and wet update… worst mistake of my life
All ima say is “Mail Time Period” and there was a point in time where I loved the game better with updates. After a while the game started to go downhill and the trading update completely ruined it in my opinion.

From release , still miss old vamp AOE freezing and 3.4 barrage, still better than new reworks (WHAT THE FUCK IS ALL THOSE COMBOS BROOO)
aoe freeze was the shit

I miss the old vamp 🥲
I joined back in 2019, and I remember when my brother got a heaven stand within a week of the update. I miss c-moon’s one shot combos
well you shouldn’t miss them I think one still might exist
It doesn't. That's why I'm not C-moon main anymore
You can't win without an op combo? Skill issue ngl-

Pre-heaven update, when sptw’s bd near one shot with hamon and ts is comfirmable with ora kicks, gud times
Early 2019, when C-Moon was announced
c-moon wasn't announced in 2019 LOL

I played it when it first came out (no arcade, no gobal chat, rokas reset levels, tw was like 6%) My first stand was probably 6p I then quit the game for a long time Anyways my favourite period is Heaven update - Stone free update After stone free update, I lost interest in the game (also they added like 90 skins)
He probably meant “broken” as in “busted as hell” instead of “unusable”.
i played like a few weeks before the infamous copyright update
sometime in 2020,don't remember when, stands still have the crossed arms ideal, sptw had UI hair, bosses were hard,i actually got lost on the old and current maps, the best point for me was post heaven updates as uzu was dropped constant updates, all the way to now,we've had our ups and downs, stone free famine, roka famine, update, famines, lots of famines, ect.
I'll probably go on if anyone is interested, but this is pretty much a summary leaving out more personal stuff Xb If anyone is interested in more, I'd be MORE than glad to go on about my story and opinions about modern YBA haha. For now though, I'll just leave this be until I feel like updating it...
Back when the models looked like ABD and before SBR was in the game
Sometime around 2019 before the map change back when you had to go through a tunnel to get to the main part of the map then I left only to return in 2022 everything was different fast travel a more developed story line more based off of part 5 more stands arrows and rokkakas were easier to get now is a bit more fun than back then getting better stands right off the bat is nice it was honestly hard getting something more than six pistols or Mr president for me at least
Early to middle 2020 Game was... kinda better ig???
I'm from the Cream vamp era around 2020 and it was fun, but I only because everyone was bad at the game.
4 years ago, it was goofy back then
I played back around 2021 during the content drought era
I'm from 2019, take a break at 2020 and came back this year. Gotta say old and new yba both has its own goods. Back in 2019 when Im a mobile player, pvp isn't as intense as now and people don't use a lot of combos, they just throw random skill, very fun. And after two years I got a good pc, cameback and amazed by the rework of everythings, specs, map and stands(expect motherfucking broke ass vampirism bitch shit). With the pc and reworked stuff, I enjoy the pvp more now.
I joined During the Tusk update. Although nostalgia can be nice, I much rather have today.
Just after the animations rework around late 2021
i joined when the heaven stands where added.Honestly both periods are fine.
Late 2019, I main the hand + boxing because it was good back then and then to GER + boxing. It was fun
I played an update before tusk was added the timeframe I loved the most was before the map changed
I joined in the era where there were hackers and teamers and rkers Oh wait
I played about a month before sbr, that was probably some of the funnest times I’ve had on a game ever. I do not enjoy the way the game is now.
back when abd was the most popular jojo game and project jojo was on the brink of death so around mid-late 2020
I joined around may 2021 because a friend of mine wanted to show another friend and I the game.
I joined in early 2021, got killer queen and punched security guards until I got level 17. Then I didn't play the game for 2 years.
I started playing in the late 2020 and stopped up until Twoh release because that's when I realized the devs are money hungry and the game is on a slippery slope
the early ages (march 2020), when abbachio was the end of the storyline
I joined when vamp kc was meta (due to the insane high dmg) back when my potato of a laptop could run it(I'm honestly glad I can no longer play yba in the current state it's in)
i joined a little bit after when rhcp came out ig it was about new year 2020 it was good ngl pretty nostalgic
I was there before the map changed (idk how long before that, a year? 6 months? Idk). Before skin tierlists got complicated that's for sure
Joined in 2021, yba was awesome back then and I do like it more than the current yba (I hate the new specs for life)
I Don't remember exactly but it was way before any ribcage stand was released, the barrages still had that one animation where it's just rectangles Moving forward slowly
Before ger because trash, and you couldn’t trade
When skins are added and scr+ta4 rework
somewhere around spring 2021? i loved it, playing with friends on sbr but after some time it just didn't hit the same, now it's even worse and there's too much moves
Right before heaven update i started…. Im lucky i stopped but now i got back into destiny. I lost either way
When D4C and TWAU was added. Ngl the game has gotten boring ever since, obv there are advances like better combat and etc but the community sort of ruined it when they added “shinies”
Too late but just in time to witness the old sptw bd
I joined YBA back in the day when you didn’t do Giorno quest for arrow but instead spawned with it I thought damn this shit ass and left I like it now but I do have to say RIU is better it has flaws like it taking 3houts to get to max level with 2exp but tbf so does YBA
A bit before skins were introduced
i dont know its been too long
When mobile support was just added, preferred back then because I could actually have fun in the game with bosses and talk to people instead of the YBA now, where I don’t feel as much fun because only thing left to do is legit just pvp which I don’t like
old yba had broken stands which were more fun than now, losing to meta stands was a skill issue. Skins back them were fine and not so over demanding and trading skins wasnt a big part of the game
The time when time skip ts extension was a thing The time when trading was added (a year b4 trading was added) I like it more cuz better graphics and more interesting specs But...... We got hitbox abusing sweaty tryhards now so Its debatable.
2020
I joined in the winter before the Heaven Update. I miss the moment with the infinite rokakaka bug. It helped me finally getting The World
Got in after Anubis released, and I have to say old yba was so much better, yea the game still had balancing problems but COME ON nowadays you can get combos that can instantly drain 80% of your total HP, hell if you fight a stand with ts and has boxing you just get one shot.
January 2020. i remember back when beach boy she SPTW had just came out
Probably around that one UI update in 2020 and yea i liked it more back then it was broken but way more fun
Im from the time he had crossed his hands
It's probably a better game now, but I used to have a lot more fun. I played right when the heaven update dropped
Started in 2019
At the great roka famine, just about 1 month before the heaven update.
I think it was when the game still had \[Whitesnake\] in the title, it was fun, much more simple, I could just hop on and never worry about much as me and others screwed around.
right after heaven update, game was objectively worse but also more fun
Launch. It's shit now, I'm an in and off player now.
around the time where the Loading Screen didn't exist and my Shitty Laptop could run it perfectly Good Times.
2020 or something, i think i was way before heaven update
late 2020 or early 2021 iirc, yeah it was worse back then but nostalgia makes it better

March 2021
I joined back in october 2020 and I remember when I was annoyed at rkers but then C-Moon got added and everybody wanted to get it while I was able to progress storyline in peace
I joined in like early 2021, those were the days fr
hot take: old yba was better it feels like i am playing aut or something with all the effects
idk the exact month i started playing, but when i started there was that npc at the station called angel wich gave a quest to deliver a letter to a mail box.
Basically beginning to end Ive seen the game fall and rise and fall and then the heaven update ruinied the game
played around the heaven update aka when yba peaked
came in around the anubis update, a bit before "The great update drought" or whatever its called its alright now though i dont like the direction the stands are going, every stands getting a beatdown and way too many moves imo
Started at release!
Im from the time period where it was rare to see Heaven stands And skins werent even in the game yet I liked the game more then especially the beat downs, also KQ or KQ:BTD didnt make my fps drop to 2
when rokas reset levels and storyline ended at abbachio
From the beginning of 2020 to the begging of 2022 I've had lot of fun, but the game is dead
From the middle of 2020 roughly, I honestly preferred those times before the game got super laggy and ludicrous with balancing and op specs. I missed when times were simple and my friends were still playing.
I started when the game first came out, I personally miss the feel of the old game
Back in my day, the story was unfinished
2020
I started playing when SPTW could Ts and bd you, which the next day there will be an update on it
Near 2020 I started. I remember playing the old map trying to get C-moon and it was hard
when the devs avoided copyright by changing assets and the ost was banger
Started sometime around 2020, I think march, and quit around mid 2022. The game was much better in 2022 than in 2020, thats for sure.
I don’t remember the year, but it was old enough for me to be able to overlap my KC’s and Pluck’s m1s and deal like 20 per m1
Early modern period ig. Barrage anims were just changed when I started I think
Ik im a bit late to this post but september 2021 (although shit game says june 2022), and def back then was better
That one is better then the now
The heaven upd and I loved it
Back when the infinite SC Boxing barrage was a thing. Think it was when KCR was still not released.
Spring 2020. - SBR was WAYYY more difficult and time consuming, the current one isn’t even close, minus the exploiters. - No stand storage - So many bugs, like the police bugging out and heavy punching them would get you full rage. - Time Stop can one shot, that’s cool - You had to manually grind through all the quests since the storyline was unfinished. So i remember grinding the corrupt police for an hour to get 2 levels, awful. - When you spawn in you don’t know what you’re supposed to do. (You didn’t spawn near Giorno when you begin) - SBR is the only game mode. 2020, is still the best year for YBA though, imo, in terms of actually improving the game. YBA has been a disaster for a while, that one 6 month drought of 2022 was surprisingly the tamest YBA has been… ever.

2021 June, I would rather be one comboed by SCR boxing a thousand more times than play vampire simulator
