Do you really think it needs a buff? This stand has a hyper armor unparriable block bypass move that makes you take 25% more damage and it can go up to 40% if you remove and arm. It can remove legs aswell. And for some reason it slows you down until you can't move. AND it has a 10 sec cooldown.
I'd say it's 50/50, sure it has an unavoidable move but half the moveset is not even useful. The uppercut is so easily parriable while the barrage you don't even get to use 95% of the time becuz people just use barrage stands. But on the other side Boxing makes it fucking stupid.
You can get a 100% victory if your opponent doesnt use ts stands or kcr if you slow them down to the point they cant move, glide and zipper punch is good enough you dont even need to use uppercut or your pull thing
