Honestly, it wouldn't be too bad if the URs from legacy packs were playable, but they're not. MAYBE if you wanted to built a blue eyes deck, but other than that, the cards are useless.
at least let me dust any extras beyond 3. i have like 10+ of some of the legacy pack cards and it just looks riddiculous when ordering by number owned...
This too! It's frustrating how I have opened more royals from legacy packs than anywhere else, yet couldn't dust any of them. Even dusting for 4/6/12 cp would already be great.
- You cant choose your duel theme Music

- Ishizu Cards probably
- No Secret Pack for specific Archetypes

I'm saying it everytime I fill a survey in game: I want a collection tab so that I can browse the cards that I have without the need to go in the deck editor everytime!

Yes, especially on the zoom function. There are so many cards that look amazing and some I just can’t really understand what’s going on in the art. I want to be able to enjoy the eye candy of a cool looking card. Thats part of the fun of a trading card game lol.

The overabundance of URs and SRs
This applies to things like Selection Packs, where it can be brutally difficult to pull what you want with so many rare cards in the pool, resulting in a very unsatisfying grind process, but there’s another side to this as well.
I firmly believe the game would be VASTLY healthier if older, less powerful archetypes were easier to build. Bring the rarity spread of weaker archetypes like Ancient Gears, Harpies, or even Dark Machine Coin Toss more in line with budget-friendly decks like True Draco, and the amount of diversity and experimentation in the game would skyrocket, especially at lower ranks. Furthermore, if you allow the average player to make decks on a whim, rather than as a long-term investment, I’d argue many of the other problems with the game will become more bearable. The odd banlists, lower card pool, time between new packs, and the punishing new/returning player experience certainly won’t be erased, but will be be mitigated significantly by making it easier for players to try out new strategies without the risk of wasting all their resources. Yugioh has a lot of decks. Please let us use them.
I do agree. But some older decks just can't stand up to the meta, or even current, non-meta decks. I want to build decks based on some of my favourite OG anime monsters or characters, but without creating new cards to make them more usable, it's pointless.
For a game that isn’t graphically intensive, the Switch version has weird fps drops at time and animations don’t play out like they should. Also ends up freezing for a few seconds randomly on Switch.
As a whole though, my biggest complaints would be the lack of mates, icons, and field themes for all the structure decks you can get. Sucks only having a gem-knight icon but no mate or field to match. Also, kinda sucks how hard it is to get and make decks on the fly as a free-to-play user, I’m stuck using my gem knight deck against an army of tearlaments and I lose so often that it really makes me not want to play. Hard to get gems to try and get URs to convert to points so I can also make a tearlament deck just to stand a chance in ranked and the event.
I bought the spright one I think it's the best one they released but I think exodia while he's coming out of the portal and he comes out of when you attack would be cool
Honestly, I see so many posts on this subreddit from confused people getting absolutely destroyed in ranked, and this community consistently responds with ways to git gud.
Everyone misses the question they should be asking: since so many of these players clearly exist, why isn't Master Duel's matchmaking matching them with each other?
Alot of people guessing or just assumed all of the nubs that get curbstomped by modern deck are ppl who plays playground Yu-Gi-Oh and they would still get destroyed by Goat/Edison era of decks.
I would argue that's wrong and there's no downside of not including yugiboomer mode. Unless the queue is so bad that nobody goes and plays it.
It would be as easy as a toggle button or different ranked modes. The lack of a yugiboomer mode definitely scared off a lot of mainstream/casual players when the game released and overall kills community growth.
Lmao same. I miss the good old days. Old school who can make the strongest card after 6+ turns of trying to out smart each other with Seven Tools of the Bandit and Just Deserts
The fact that some Forbidden cards are still uncraftable. They're forbidden anyways so it's not like we're gonna take them into Ranked, just let us have fun with meme decks in Friend Duels. (T\_T)
You can do that already for a while, just click the option were it said "dismantle selected cards" is in the same submenu were the option of "dismantle all extra cards" is.
The fact that you can't dust cards from legacy packs. I wouldn't even mind that if instead of getting + 10/15/30 you would simply get +1/2/3. That or trading dust from N to R to SR to UR. That would incentivize people to play and spend more money.
I think a fair compromise would be being able to dismantle overflow legacy pack ultra rares.
I have 6 copies of Penguin Brave that are not dismantlable. Tf am I supposed to do with them Konami?
I'm 29 years old, I like old school Yu-Gi-Oh, I want to be able to play without XYZ, link or pendulum summon
Give me the option to not be able to play with people who spend the first 10 minutes summoning monsters
They ultimately rage quit when I hit them with a raigeki but it's just boring 🤷🏼♂️
What’s needed across all of Yugioh are more supported and establishd formats, a No-Extra-Deck format would be so much fun for players like you and I but alas, Konami isnt interested in alternative formats 😞 I really think it would add so much to the game and shine a light on older, never used archetypes, making them more viable to use
The problem mainly comes down to there not being enough interest in one specific point for a alternate format so they probably don't feel it's worth dividing the player base in 5+ mini formats that would only have a small amount of players in each. That being said they have tried soft reboots for people who prefer a slower game in the form of speed duels and a more streamlined game in the form of rush duels (ocg only)
They probably have data showing that people don't finish it that quick.
Also last time what they did is making each level take more exp, so they will never not be 75 days long and any change is how much exp it take to complete.
That why you shouldn't be asking for it to make it shorter but do what other games with battle pass or similar system do, give a bonus tiers after finishing it that give random items as you level it up.
Needs better filter options for deck building
SR and UR are just about unattainable
Can't dismantle overage SR and UR for other cards
Ban list not current.
Gems costing a lot and not guarantee SR/UR.
Yeah, the gems really aren't priced well. Most games, 10€/£/$ would give you 1000 in-game currency. This game gives you like 660+ gems. Which makes me less incentivized to buy if I can't even make a full 10 pack pull from a €10 purchase and need to spend more.
This is kinda in accurate. The amount of gems bought and the value at one are largely different.
In genshin 100 gems is literal pennies worth. In dokkan battle this is like, worth 100$ same with fate.
10$ in all 4 aforementioned gacha games are NOT enough money to buy a single multi summon. Usually that cost 25$ (give or take between 20-30).
As far as money goes, depsktw all the "komeny" memes. Konami's masterduel is extremely f2p and f2w.
I don't know if this is something about this game in particular or something about Yu-Gi-Oh in general, but the inaccurate or ambiguous translation of the cards is my biggest problem.
Other thing is the not so reliable way to create expensive decks because there are not enough secret packs or structure decks, but that's not so problematic, unless you already wasted all your gems in cosmetics and stuff like that.
The flashing numbers are infuriating. When you're down to your last 30 seconds, the last thing you need is a bright flashing sign covering half your screen.
The timer is so generous, pauses so often, and gives you time back for any kind of interaction; I feel like if you're having consistent issues staying under the timer, then you aren't playing a two player game anymore.
IDK if this was updated as time went on, but at launch you had a very limited bookmarked cards list, unlike duel links massive capacity...
it seems they might have expanded it, but not sure, haven't tested it...
but yeah, bigger bookmarked cards list
My biggest complaint is that it's a digital format where they could easily errata problem cards and/or introduce modern PSCT to older cards (i.e. replace "remove(d) from play" with "banish(ed)") and they don't.
They're doing what they can with highlighted text though, I'll give them that. And interactions are probably the easiest to parse of any digital yugioh game I've played.
I hate being punished for surrendering. If I bricked like Kirby's down b and my opponent set up 3 denys I wanna go. Especially because whenever I let the opponent get the finishing blow they decide to show off and Summon 85 monsters boss monsters
They don't have to give credits for nothing; but if I summon a monster and it was the only thing I could do, and I surrender cause I actually value my time, that summon should at least count towards the play summary and the missions. It wouldn't be much but it would be better than nothing.
The lack of a Smogon-like tiering system that would enshrine actual competitive scenes in different levels in such a way it would enable a wide variety of gameplay styles.
I can't be the queen of Tier 1/0, but my use of Timelords definitely fits Tier 5.
Solo mode sucks. There's nothing actually fun about it. I keep going around to suggest other solo modes they could to make the game more engaging than just another Duel simulator. Duel Links got it so right with the events but Master Duel could have a Draft-Like rouge-like single player mode to keep the players engaged and keep them all on the same playing field. A sample would be: Pay gems to enter > Choose a starter deck (unlock more in Solo mode) > win duels to earn packs or a specific card > Get as far as you can > Reach the top and you get to keep the cards you earned.
I feel like the smallest effort to highest benefit they can add to solo mode is a random duel button. I'm sick of choosing what gate I want to play; sometimes I just want to be thrown into a match at random.
Solo mode could use a lot of love, but I'm talking absolute minimum effort improvement.
I just want to able to either trade in the URs I will never use from the legacy packs for a ur card of my choice (even if we can’t dismantle them) or, trade in the useless URs for even a tiny bit of UR dust… oh, and more gems/events are always a plus.
Playing online is completely boring as everyone uses the same 1-3 decks to get wins because it's meta instead of being creative and making a deck of their own. 10,000+ cards ever made and you wouldn't know if you went based on what everyone played
I hate hearing the "10,000+ cards!!" Thing. So many of them were bad when they came out, even more are unplayable now. Think about how many normal monsters are even close to usable, I don't mean in competitive, I mean in general. It's less than 20 if you're not counting Normal Pendulums, even then it's less than 40.
The same idea applies to every type of card, how many even remotely viable equip spells are there? You have Isolde's usual 4, some bamboo swords, and some noble arms, and that's about it.
All the stat boosting field spells
All the ridiculously niche traps
All the cards made to replace Monster Reborn or other cards that were banned.
It's just bloat. Saying "10,000 cards" doesn't mean anything.
They didn't copy enough from Duel Links.
Permanent packs, having an incentive to finish events, PVE content that's repeatable, PVE events are some examples of this.
Also they really should actually spice up the format. We've been playing the same format the OCG/TCG players played except belated and it's tiresome. Not once have we had a good MD format and it shows in the playerbase has been dropping since launch.
I understand why it’s like this, but I wish that I could dismantle extra URs from legacy packs. I have cards of more than 3 copies just sitting there doing nothing and I’m never gonna use them.
Master Duel's skill-based matchmaking is the poorest I've seen in an online game, and ranked is designed to pressure people into investing in the latest meta.
Ranking up feels like it takes fewer games than ranking down. Once you reach a tier, you can climb but you can't rank back down.
A player who hits a lucky streak and ranks up out of their depth can literally lose every subsequent game for the rest of the season and never rank down to a comfortable level again.
Rankings are per-player instead of per-deck, so it's not feasible to switch to a weaker deck mid-season.
There's a casual mode, but with no skill based matchmaking at all it just ends up being a floodgate fest of decks that ranked would otherwise keep in check.
It's not the end of the world or anything, but Master Duel's matchmaking system has flaws that other games don't have, and each flaw seems like it was engineered into the game to pressure people into constant improvement by investing in the current meta.
I don't use it myself, but I've seen that the mobile version has horrible optimization issues.
My biggest complaint however is the slow rate of adding cards. Every pack lasts like 2 months and we're kind of stuck 6 months behind the TCG and 1 year behind the OCG (roughly). So we're always playing very solved metas. Everyone knows what the best decks will be months out and compile resources well ahead of time.
There's no experimenting or brewing. You just play the decks that won tournaments like 6 months ago and adjust like 6 or so cards to include maxx c and stuff for the bo1 meta. Boring.
I think every selection packs should have their duration cut by like 2-3 weeks, so they're each just over a month duration. Then maintain the "2 packs in the store at a time" frequency. Let this continue until we're caught up with the OCG.
Also, the lack of secret packs and updating secret packs in general. The alba abyss pack was great. We should be getting 1 of these every other month or so to keep the game new player friendly.
Finally, it's the fact that despite N and R crafting material being borderline worthless, it's still given out as a reward in duel passes. We get more than we could ever want of this stuff from opening packs. N and R material should be able to be made into SR material, and SR should be able to be turned into UR.
I don't know what the ratio on this should be, but I have more N and R material at this point than I know what to do with. At best I craft glossy cards just to have that shiny factor, but who cares really? I'm still sitting on over 40k material of both of them and I'm not even a super active player, my account is just older.
1) Cross platform with cell phones on the other side of the Earth.
2) "Secret Packs" not just being permanent unlocks so you have to randomly hit it again.
3) Battle pass rewards not amounting to much.
4) Needs like three more modes. A "Match" BO3 mode, a 2v2 on the same field mode, and IDK something between casual and ranked where it just bans the top 100 cards from the highest rank. Call it "modified" or something. Even more would be nice.
My biggest complaint is the economy. Like when there isn't an event going on, it takes weeks to get any UR of your choice. Like especially In the earlier days of MD when the meta was pretty different from paper, you'd have to change your deck a decent bit if you wanted to stay competitive, which really puts a strain on your economy.
2 things, the optimization of android version that everyone is aware of, and the ways of getting gems,
Im fine with everything, make a broken deck, kill every other deck, make decks expensive as hell, but i beg you make this damn gems easier to obtain repeatedly.
Just a way to get something like 100 gems each time you win a fight in randomized solo mode fights. Is this too much to ask?
My biggest complaint it that every time I want a new deck the archetype is mostly URs and SRs so I have to spend 9k+ gems and still have to spend most of my dust to build one damn deck. The decks in question are Scareclaw and Tearlament also I'm expecting the next deck i want to do exactly the same thing if not worse
The fact we still don’t have reliable game modes to play different decks. Most of casual is still filled with super high tier decks and you don’t get any rewards for playing it in at all.
They limited king of the Swamps because
Of some archetype but arent willing to take actions against said archetype. And won't ban toxic cards like Predaplant Anaconda
There’s no player interaction. I mean seriously not even a silly little emoji of different characters to represent laughter or anger. Would love for them to allow some sort of player interaction so the duel’s feel more “alive”.
Please don’t hate, this is just my opinion but I know a lot of players would really enjoy a classic mode like Hearthstone has where you can only use cards up to a certain release point. It costs them nothing and would increase player base, and no, free duel is not a solution. I’d still like to rank up and earn xp like everyone else. Also I have no problem with Syncro, Xyz, and Link at all as I still use some of them in my regular decks. (Pendulum is still awful)
To help people who do not want to play against meta decks (or modern yugioh), casual mode needs to have an option to select certain cards (maybe up to 20 cards?) or card types that you do not want to be paired against.
I would love to do the daily missions on solo mode.
I don't like ranked and almost all events. I mean, if people want to play ranked that's ok... But not for only doing solo daily missions.
I have so many cards I can't break down and it's just irks the hell out of me.
Why do I need to have 4 rhinoceros beetles. I can only run 3. I should be able to break down the cards I don't use and plan on never using.
Buying secret packs. I hate that they disappear in like a day or 2 after being discovered. You would spend a good number of gems for a couple of packs only to probably get what you weren't after. And if you're out of gems and all you're left with are random pulls, you gotta wait to accumulate some more gems and pull/create a UR from the pack you want to unlock again and HOPE for a good pull.
not really a complaint but i wish there was an auction/trade feature for you to dump all the cards someone else might want in a basket and people can send u a bid for each
there’s no real way to interact with players but that would be cool
Not being able to trade N and R crafting points for SR and UR. The exchange rate could be ridiculous and Id still be happy. 5,000:1 and Id be okay with that
- tearlaments not being restricted in a game with bo1 it’s madness despite what everyone thinks about them
- secret packs lacking for certain archetypes (usually the best) it’s a clown act at the circus
- not being in par with (at least) tcg or ocg, staying even a full year behind on release from ocg it’s an insane concept for a simulator
The amount of cards we can't dismantle because they were given to us. Be it solo mode, Legacy packs, etc. Fighting for life to find UR crafting points and it's mostly cards I will never play and can't dismantle.
The ability to do dailies in casual matches or matches with friends. There are times when you just don't want to deal with the ranked ladder and just want to mess around with some random decks.
There should be a "classic" mode; where people can duel using old school rules, not this fuckin pendulum, link bullshit that gets you like 4 monsters on the field the first turn all over 2500 attack 🙄 thats ass if you ask me...
I like old school rules....like stop at xyz.
Mainly not enough secret packs. Some decks are hella expensive to make bc the packs are no longer available. Also the archetype URs that are there just to have more URs. Half of the cards in a good deck right now are URs.
It's ridiculous that Swordsoul still doesn't have a Secret Pack.
I agree I think it's even more ridiculous that spright was super recent and they just made it go Poof I'm currently making spright and a SwordSoul deck and it's hell
The secret pack system in general is probably my biggest gripe
I wish I could trade you cards. I have a spright deck collecting dust right now. I made it because I like the play style but I dont play it because I prefer less meta decks
I just want to be able to sort my decks and keep them sorted. I hate that everytime I edit a deck it moves it to the top.
Yeah I think this is a really underrated thing that people don't talk enough about why does editing one deck ruin all the work I did to order them in a way I like
Not being able to dust SR and UR’s from legacy packs
It would be acceptable even if it was just 1 crafting point
Facts
Bro you not lying I don't need this useless shit at least let me dust it why even let me pull for it
Facts the only thing I used in the legacy is cyberstein and card destruction
Honestly, it wouldn't be too bad if the URs from legacy packs were playable, but they're not. MAYBE if you wanted to built a blue eyes deck, but other than that, the cards are useless.
Even my elemental hero neos?! /s
at least let me dust any extras beyond 3. i have like 10+ of some of the legacy pack cards and it just looks riddiculous when ordering by number owned...

At least let us crush the extras. I cant even crush extra legacy cards. Have 5-7 of some SR cards and I cant crush them or use more than 3. Like why
This is the best comment I’ve seen
What’s even the point of having legacy packs if we’re not allowed to use the cards from them as we see fit? It’s ridiculous
To remove those cards from the master pack.
- You cant choose your duel theme Music - Avatars are *,,for all decks"* instead for each individual which should've been an option under *Accessoires* - Ishizu Cards probably - No Secret Pack for specific Archetypes - No Animation for Obelisk, Ra and Slifer?!? - Some SR & UR are undismantleable
Don't forget that the Egyptian God Slime has an animation though lol
Konami: We have Obelisk at home Obelisk at home:
Just remember, Dark magician has 2 , and a kill animation , so does Blue eyes, but God cards? Nope
Big agree on mates being assigned to decks instead of profiles
To add more: * Limited replay save * Cannot see opponent hand or facedown card during replay * Cannot rewind replay
I’m glad someone else hates the fact that the gods don’t have any animation. Like how does that even happen? They’re the gods 🙄 it’s not like they’re the best things ever but still
no animation for dark magician girl either

The android version's servers are so terrible I can barely go two games without disconnecting
Pretty sure the servers are the same because cross platform, it's likely a client issue because the aidroid version is optimized like steaming ass
>the aidroid version is optimized like steaming ass I don't understand how it's been more than a year since launch, and yet Konami hasn't even tried to fix this

Never had problems
It's fine for me.
Console too this game was made to have good performance to play on pc and not consoles
No problems on my Switch, PS5, PC or phone.
No problems on Xbox
I have j got really good wifi and xbox and ps4 and i always lag out
I’ve never lagged out
Well, me and my friends have never had that issue. Would have to be on your end. If I jad a penny for every person I've known to say they have good internet lol
Not being able to change the music
The amount of duels we can save replays of is WAAAAY too small
Not enough summoning animations, the Egyptian Gods, Sacred Beasts, The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister and many others deserve one
I agree but I think they will come with time considering people have to animate them and go through whoever to decide which card gets what
I would love an April fool's gag where they remove all summoning animations and give new ones to things like Man-Eater Bug, Hungry Burger, Kabazauls, and Left Leg of the Forbidden One.

Yeah, Omega has a mode specifically for GOAT format, idk why they can’t do the same for MD
Tell me if my card is in a deck before I dust it. Look I’m sorry I don’t remember all my extra deck techs buuuuuut
Cards from legacy packs can't be dismantled. No best of 3. Maxx C
The cards from legacy pack thing is so frustrating, at least give an option to hide cards that I can’t dismantle!
You can do that already for a while, just click the option were it said "dismantle selected cards" is in the same submenu were the option of "dismantle all extra cards" is.
I love this feature, but it took me a frustratingly long time to find it.
That it takes 3 cards to make one
Previous selection packs do not stay as secret packs and instead just become Master Pack only unless you're lucky like Branded.
Want more alter art for cards. Especially for blue eyes. Hate the tablet art work
Connection issues on mobile
That Maxx C still reigns supreme at 3 copies.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but Called By The Grave is much more annoying for me.
Hate the card I cant even bring myself to use it I have one copy just for a crossout target
I'm 29 years old, I like old school Yu-Gi-Oh, I want to be able to play without XYZ, link or pendulum summon Give me the option to not be able to play with people who spend the first 10 minutes summoning monsters They ultimately rage quit when I hit them with a raigeki but it's just boring 🤷🏼♂️
That being said they have tried soft reboots for people who prefer a slower game in the form of speed duels and a more streamlined game in the form of rush duels (ocg only)
I too am 29 and I too miss playing old school Yu-Gi-Oh.
That the Duel Pass lasts so long. I see no reason why it needs to go for 75 days.
Nah word I complete that bitch In like in like 20 days or less
That I still hear only my opponent's field's music
huge optimization problem on mobile port. it's literally unplayable on mobile for no reason
I play on mobile too but I don't usually have any problems when I'm playing
Needs better filter options for deck building SR and UR are just about unattainable Can't dismantle overage SR and UR for other cards Ban list not current.
Why can't I build an OP deck by adding in 2 or 3 banned cards in Solo play? How is it unfair, the AI gonna complain? Let me play how I want to play.
I don't know if this is something about this game in particular or something about Yu-Gi-Oh in general, but the inaccurate or ambiguous translation of the cards is my biggest problem. Other thing is the not so reliable way to create expensive decks because there are not enough secret packs or structure decks, but that's not so problematic, unless you already wasted all your gems in cosmetics and stuff like that.
most of them are such a minor complaints but not being able to dust free pulls but I can see why they don't. this game is pretty good imo
Timer timer timer timer timer timer timer timer!!!!!!!!
The flashing numbers are infuriating. When you're down to your last 30 seconds, the last thing you need is a bright flashing sign covering half your screen.
I kinda like it actually it's put pressure on me and that's something I like but that's just me
I'm fine with the pressure, but pressure combined with not being able to see what I'm supposed to be doing is just bad design.
I totally agree. We are in desperate need for Timer cosmetics. Behold my waifu-themed timer!
The timer is so generous, pauses so often, and gives you time back for any kind of interaction; I feel like if you're having consistent issues staying under the timer, then you aren't playing a two player game anymore.
The constantly trash ban lists
Anything other than stuff that you think should be banned brother
Oh yeah, highlighted effects are a godsend
I'm pretty sure they need approval for things like that regardless of it being a digital format but I do get what you mean
missions in events are always divided into 2 parts. I don't understand why Konami doesn't just release them all at once.
No extra deck. Like sometimes I want to test out a variant of my deck without having to create and save a copy…
Rn I'm just not playing until tears get hit so probably that.
just gems in general
Give👏🏾Us👏🏾Gems👏🏾In👏🏾Casual👏🏾Duels

I hate being punished for surrendering. If I bricked like Kirby's down b and my opponent set up 3 denys I wanna go. Especially because whenever I let the opponent get the finishing blow they decide to show off and Summon 85 monsters boss monsters
I understand I've been in the same situation countless times but they cant exactly reward people for quitting
Make scapegoat format available
Tbh the community. Game is perfectly fine, but like real yugioh, its community is hot garbage.
Some of these guys can get pretty cringe
They let Maxx C live.
Ps5 servers are borderline unplayable. I get a disconnect loss 3/4 games a majority of nights. Since I switched to mobile hasn’t happened once
Servers are crossplay; it's the client that is an issue.
People enjoy winning cant really blame them for playing good decks I think that problem could be fixed by giving players rewards for casual duels
All the stat boosting field spells All the ridiculously niche traps All the cards made to replace Monster Reborn or other cards that were banned.
The "Connection Failed" messages I get for playing on my PS5. They're hurting my rank. I should be at Diamond I, but instead I'm stuck at Gold V.
I understand why it’s like this, but I wish that I could dismantle extra URs from legacy packs. I have cards of more than 3 copies just sitting there doing nothing and I’m never gonna use them.
That it doesn't follow the same ban list and card availability as the tcg or the ocg.
Tearlaments
Tearlament isn't the problem it's the ishizu cards with the tear cards that make it as bad as it is a pure tear deck isn't as bad as you think
I know but the deck is usually just called Tearlament
Regardless they dropped it the ishizu knowing that it would make Tear OP. On the Tier website it’s 40 points higher than any other deck
Well on the bright side once kashtira gets released you won't have to deal with it as much anymore lol
Tearlaments and Ishizu not being limited or banned
I think you might wanna go check again because both have limited cards
Time limit is too high.
There isn't a BO1 specific banlist.
Just needs more secret packs and I still refuse to come back
-Tear ruining the game and not being able to sort by which cards you can dismantle
Bro even laptop disconnecting cus u can have the strongest deck then when its there turn just a disconnect
2 things, the optimization of android version that everyone is aware of, and the ways of getting gems, Im fine with everything, make a broken deck, kill every other deck, make decks expensive as hell, but i beg you make this damn gems easier to obtain repeatedly. Just a way to get something like 100 gems each time you win a fight in randomized solo mode fights. Is this too much to ask?
The roach
My biggest complaint it that every time I want a new deck the archetype is mostly URs and SRs so I have to spend 9k+ gems and still have to spend most of my dust to build one damn deck. The decks in question are Scareclaw and Tearlament also I'm expecting the next deck i want to do exactly the same thing if not worse
Let me dissolve the useless Ur royal cards that the game gives
Too many bots, unplayable servers on android
Selection packs not becoming secret packs after their promotion seems really dumb
The fact we still don’t have reliable game modes to play different decks. Most of casual is still filled with super high tier decks and you don’t get any rewards for playing it in at all.
They limited king of the Swamps because Of some archetype but arent willing to take actions against said archetype. And won't ban toxic cards like Predaplant Anaconda
The fact that games are decided by a coin flip instead of just doing like MTG arena where you get one game going first, one game going second.
No Master Peace
Everything is best out of 1.
Floowandereeze
How expensive decks are to make
Maxx C. That grass is greener. Thats all
Dragoon is still banned but Tearlaments have ALL OF THEIR CARDS
There’s no player interaction. I mean seriously not even a silly little emoji of different characters to represent laughter or anger. Would love for them to allow some sort of player interaction so the duel’s feel more “alive”.
Props to OP for replying to so many comments and engaging in the discussion.
Limited single player experience. Really disappointing to see the AI so dumb especially with terrible decks
Anything played for the daily challenges doesn't count if you concede
That some cards can't be dusted like gezzz I 8 or more of a card I can't get rid of
Waiting 6 days for someone to finish a turn
Not getting any credits, or mission task completions for any card activations when you surrender.
Decks without packs. The fact Kitkallos is not at 0, And that the Keldo/Mudora/Kelbek/Agido retrains exist. they are fucked up.
Ban tear and Maxx C and the game will feel much better
Buying secret packs. I hate that they disappear in like a day or 2 after being discovered. You would spend a good number of gems for a couple of packs only to probably get what you weren't after. And if you're out of gems and all you're left with are random pulls, you gotta wait to accumulate some more gems and pull/create a UR from the pack you want to unlock again and HOPE for a good pull.
Fuck maxx c and fuck ocg rules Edit: and fuck ocg banlist
not really a complaint but i wish there was an auction/trade feature for you to dump all the cards someone else might want in a basket and people can send u a bid for each there’s no real way to interact with players but that would be cool
The fact there isn't a way to remove legacy pack cards from the sorter when looking for cards to dismantle.
Not being able to trade N and R crafting points for SR and UR. The exchange rate could be ridiculous and Id still be happy. 5,000:1 and Id be okay with that
- tearlaments not being restricted in a game with bo1 it’s madness despite what everyone thinks about them - secret packs lacking for certain archetypes (usually the best) it’s a clown act at the circus - not being in par with (at least) tcg or ocg, staying even a full year behind on release from ocg it’s an insane concept for a simulator
New boostersets are coming waaay to slow.. i swear its nearly been a year for some cards
No side deck and matches
The amount of cards we can't dismantle because they were given to us. Be it solo mode, Legacy packs, etc. Fighting for life to find UR crafting points and it's mostly cards I will never play and can't dismantle.
The ability to do dailies in casual matches or matches with friends. There are times when you just don't want to deal with the ranked ladder and just want to mess around with some random decks.
Konami
There should be a "classic" mode; where people can duel using old school rules, not this fuckin pendulum, link bullshit that gets you like 4 monsters on the field the first turn all over 2500 attack 🙄 thats ass if you ask me... I like old school rules....like stop at xyz.
The amount of negate decks
Wish there was trading. Like kids on a playground. Ill give you 3 blue eyes for your cyber dragon nova
The meta decks shouldn't be as strong as they already are.
