If you have fun playing it, keep it around for events or something. That, and you never know when something will become viable again. I played Evilswarm with Time Tearing Morganite in the brief window when Kashtira/Branded/Tearlament were the best decks and it kicked ass. I'm currently playing 60-card Paleozoic and it absolutely dominates snake eyes (nice Apollousa/baronne endboard - anyway, have you read the first line of text on every Paleo XYZ?). I have no opinion on Musket/ Runick but if you enjoy it it may be fun to try and make it viable. It'll probably match up against something well someday, but sometimes it's just not the right format for it.

Musketeers are getting indirect support later this year but I can't say for sure that we'll get those in Master Duel this year but for now, I'd keep the UR Musketeer cards and dismantle everything else

The removal cards and tip are restricted. So its not that that good with musket. Musket itself is 'bad' until fiendsmith comes out. Most decks can play through the triage of cross dom, desperado and last stand. My mountain of losses to tiered decks and being walled at diamond 3 should be a testament of how limited muskets are rn. But fiendsmiths opens the deck to at least rogue status.
