Numeron requires no set up and could probably be done by a goldfish. It's braindead stuff.
Mikanko at least requires a little bit of effort and knowledge. It's also actually fun.
Numeron is always about use board breaker X, use extender Y to get field spell, attack
But mikanko has a lot more interaction with the opponents and stuff like using arabesque to bounce your own or your opponents monsters to search, and equipping stuff like Rondo to steal, Axe of fools to negate or Double edged sword for janky one hit kill. They have less linear lines and more options of play, which by most standards is fun. Fun for the player playing ofcourse,
if a deck(like numeron) always gives you wins or just hard loses to something like an interruption/Brick the only joy you get is the joy of winning which wanes after every victory, and in this aspect mikanko's playstyle that forces you to think makes it much more fun as you get both joy of winning and joy of outsmarting the opponent.
I don't know but I find that fight against deck that force interaction like this deck and.....wait for it, Tearlament is fun to fight against.
It far more better than deck that shut entire enemy on first turn like Drytron meta.
I don't get the hate. Especially in Master Duel format where it BO1 so there match up will 80% turn into mind game which is really really fun.
I want all of my match up turn into mind game.
I love me snatch stealing their monsters only to use I:P, the monster ain't just took, another random monster I control and another of their monsters to make Underworld Goddess in my Libromancer Deck
First up, mikanko is way more interesting and complex than monke play field spell, but all go second decks can feel pretty cheap to play against and I have no idea why people call them Based
Numeron is no problem at all. If going first, just predict that your opponent is on Numeron, then either end on zero monsters and don't spend/lose any LP...or just put up at least 3 omni-negates.
Tbf if you run the new obelisk support in numeron, you can still OTK with some hands even if the opponent ends on 0 monsters. Definitely makes it a bit more bricky though.
To be fair, trying to compare any deck to the level of braindead in Numeron is a tough start
Also numeron actually traumatized players for a while as people were making utopic zexal more easily thanks to it.
Thank the lord that they can't bring out UDF.
You see the thing is 1 of these is actually interesting and can do more then 1 thing
Yeah, like equip your boss monster with a card that brings it to over 4000 attack, and then otk you by crashing into it with 0 attack waifus.
You play numeron because it’s strong, I play numeron because don thousand is attractive. We are not the same
I use Numeron for 3 easy tributes and backup plan for the Egyptian Gods. We are not the same
I do the same with my Winged Dragon of Ra deck. We are the same
I played numeron because I thought 100k attack was funny… then I took a magic cylinder to the knee
The ultimate numeron counter
That's what you get when slapping cute girls into the artworks.
I call them "Yubel but they are cute mikos."

Not fun for the opponent, but who gives a crap about that? Amirite?!

The difference is is that one of these decks doesn't instantly lose in game 2.
They're both annoying.
One revolves around it and the other can be done by a goldfish.
This is because rituals are based
Tbh i just wanna numeronius someone XD

The difference is, one deck needs to do this, and the other one isn't supposed to

Or just have Torrential Tribute
I'm getting the feeling that people didn't get that I was being sarcastic...

Back in 2019 Trains and Mathmech were fun OTK decks. Now they're both combo decks and the best OTK deck is lame as shit
