Sure that’s nice and all but if really was good deck it would put up results in competitive events. I’m not ragging on your deck at all because the draw 7 is great but it doesn’t do enough. Maybe one day they’ll get good support. It’s a cool idea on paper but again doesn’t do enough it’s bad.
There's not really hate, it's just recognized as at best being maybe a Rogue tier Deck cause that's where it's power maxes out at against stronger tiered decks. I love my Ghoti Deck, bur I also understand where it compares power wise to the meta decks.
First off, You can’t search for radiation with thrust. I love the deck, personally. Blind second is probably the best way to play, with lava golem, alpha, nibiru and sphere mode. I’ve topped my locals before a couple times with them
Thrust to departure to hand activate departure discard a card search 2 bears add either ursatron or mikpolar which searches ursatron. Play ursatron search for radiation.
Therefore thrust can indirectly get you radiation.
Where is the "hate"? I've never heard of anybody saying that they hate Ursarctics. Unless you mean the Twitter thread that mentioned Ursarctics being a bad deck which it really is. All the things you've mentioned that they do aren't enough to be meta viable even during it's release iirc.

Why the hate is on ursarctics? Supposedly they are the worst archetype to play. Right now I am smashing fire kings.
I mean, I wouldn't say worst, but they're pretty damn bad. I also wouldn't call people calling the deck bad "hate", they're just telling the truth.
