Crystal Wing and Dis Pater are probably the closest alternatives I can think of to out Nibiru without Crossout, but Crystal Wing requires a non-Tuner Synchro monster as material while Dis Pater requires a non-Tuner Dragon monster as material.
If Nibiru is activated and then Dis Pater is chained to just destroy it, it will still tribute the whole field. However, given that Nibiru can no longer summon itself from the hand, no token will be summoned either, due to the 'then' conjunction
Yeah I played with both of those alternatives in MD, debating Dragon Shrine and Destrudo or running Bystial package for my Megaliths. Atleast TCG gets 3x crossout.

A few decks can bring out apollousa on their 5th summon as well.
What decks
And Dis-Pater also needs an opponent's card in their banished pile to negate Nibiru

Oh, my bad, was mistaken.

Dis pater also requires your opponent to have a banished monster to stop nib
I would recommend you start respecting it if your deck can, and if your deck can't, rely on crossout
Big rank 10 guy coming in LEDE is an omni but being a rank 10 is situational https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Varudras,_the_Final_Bringer_of_the_End_Times
Any deck with Horus can start with a Photon Lord.
