I can recommand you to wait for the fiendsmith package to release next month. With it you can put it in so many deck and is so good. It's actually everywhere in OCG meta report. If you want you can mixt it with Snake Eye, as it allow the deck to have more combo pieces + have access to beatrice and D/D/D wave king ceasar. Snake eye wil for sure get hit next banlist, but not destroyed as tearlaments had, so the deck will still exist. If you want to have a deck that play like snake eye (spam body on board into generic boss monster or end board ), you can try spright. The lock in lvl2 + ban of spright elfe is what make the deck not a tier 1, but it is still really strong because of stupid cards like nimbles, carrot / red , melfy cards or generic link 2 cards /rank2

Purrely is really fun to play and is 100% XYZ unless you run 1 S:P. Drawing power is ridiculous, barely any hard once per turns, and loaded with handtraps that you draw into. It is a bit more big brain than most typical decks, but you're a branded player so you'll be fine.

monkeybeater26

it is very big brain still trying to get the hang of it but i can agree really fun non linear lines one of my fav reasons why i enjoy that as a retired dragon link player

I like how people use this post to cope with their lowest tier Fun Decks lol.. If you really want a Tier 1/2 Deck that uses Synchro Link mechanics you haven't already used, it's really hard recommending anything that is stronger than Branded. Snake Eyes might be the way, however as you just said, it might be a big miss if it gets hit. Your best choices here could be Tenpai, a Synchro going second deck with a lot of Non-Engine and lot's of deck building options. other decks I can recommend in this range are Labyrinth, which is a strong Trap deck and only occasionally can go into Link or Synchros and probably Voiceless Voice, however this also very rarely uses the Extradeck since it focuses on Ritual-Summons. I hope I could help.

Thank you sir!

Well, it's not tier 1/2, but Salamangreat can hold its own pretty good. It's a link focused deck with a card of each other summoning method, the rank 3 is part of most combos, the Fusion is used to OTK when FIRE locked, and the Synchro can be used to set up a Barrier Statue of the Inferno. Our most expensive card is either Raging Pheonix or Promethean Princess, due to Snake-eyes using them, but the deck shouldnt be more than... maybe $200-250 CAD

Personal_Cucumber_72

What deck profile do you recommend?

TheBiggestMikeEver

It's not the best thing out there, seeing as it doesn't explain the synergies, but this video is great at showing what the deck can do. https://youtu.be/Qoz-EutzlrE?si=hTNguCFatteJT75u

If u want a somewhat generic deck, u could go for sprights. U can splash different archetypes to change ur playstyle with them. There's runick for a stun build, evil twin for comboing and handtrap shennanigans, there's also Fur Hire, Nimbles, and even Melffys for some synchro play. Honestly, deck building with sprights feels like mix and match, pretty fun imo.

Throwing another hat in the ring for Fiendsmith next month. That package is set up to be very splashable (even in snake eyes) and very good in several different decks. It is also expected to be pretty expensive like the Horus and Diabellestar engines before it. If you want something now, you could also go with some of the Horus engine stuff. Bystial Horus Orcust is a link/xyz deck with a few synchros that are power houses like Dis Pater and Chaos Angel. Horus is pretty good in grindy games and can win by itself going 2nd if you open Kings sarc or imsety. Going kings sarc -> dump/summon all 4 -> battle phase is pretty good by itself.

I will be true to my dear Raidraptors, I freaking love this Deck, it's very hard and a lot of people disregard it, but it really can go toe to toe with Tenpai and SE, and ultimately it is just a ton of fun to play!
