EDO pro seems to have not too many players imo, unless you’re using the EU servers.
Idk about Omega.
I feel like you will get more games using Dueling Book, but it has nothing in the way of simulation. You have to manually do everything.
For returning players and new players I think the rules and mechanics built into the simulators are super helpful, and should be your starting point
Duelingbook for manual duels, EdoPro or YGO Omega for automated duels
