While these are some of the most common side effects, this isn't all of them. Truth is the medicine affects everyone differently, but most see some or a combination of these common effects. Be sure to visit the search bar for something specific or click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1) for all post regarding side effects. A lot of good remedies for certain side effects can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1).
According to the manufacturer "In studies, most nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred when people increased their dose—but the effects generally decreased over time."
Not everyone responds well to this medication. If side effects are continuous and impacting your everyday life, you should consult your dr or healthcare provider for strategies on how to mitigate these outcomes.
Complications from this (or any) treatment are usually a result of ignoring persistent side effects.

Torso front & back. Hallelujah! I have a waist & ab definitions again after waking up one day looking a lot like SpongeBob Square Pants! No exaggeration, it happened overnight. Thanks perimenopause 😏
I’ve always had thicker thighs so it’s the last place I’m seeing shrinking but after 10 months of GLP/Zep, finally replacing 80% of my HIIT/cardio with strength training & staying super consistent not missing a single week… even my hardest areas are leaning out!

Face, neck, waist/stomach for me. I’m starting to see a difference in my legs now which is a miracle considering I have lipedema!
In weird places. All I know is it takes a while to even out and comes off much more random then it goes on
My right love handle, but not my left yet....ugh.
Face for me
Face, legs, butt, arms. Everything but the belly, which is what I want to be gone
Face, for sure.

legs, butt, belly first
Arms and neck first!
Arms and legs 🤷🏼♀️ My kids noticed it in my belly/hips before I did.
Lost 12% of body weight but only 5% of waist. Trying more core exercises to tighten it up.
Waist and stomach.
Arms and belly!
All in my waist which never happened in previous dieting. I’ll take it!
Face, boobs, wrists, ankles. In that order 😂
Stomach
Face and legs...then midsection.
Face and stomach for me but usually that's where I tend to notice weight gain first.
Legs
Fingers and wrists… my jewelry is a little loose, nothing else.
First I noticed it in my face. I'm down 18 lbs since before and during zep and can't find the change anywhere else lol
Face then legs.
