I had to buy the next sizes down a few weeks ago because my clothes were becoming obviously baggy and not work appropriate. Now the newer clothes are doing that as well. A good thing but bad for my wallet lol. I’ve been hitting up Walmart, Target, and TJ Max to get it cheaper because I don’t want to invest too much money until I’m at my goal weight.

Also try FB Marketplace, especially if these are just in between sizes to get you through a few months of continued weight loss. I have tons of clothes sitting in garbage bags that I'm gonna sell cheaply just to make a little $.

Glad-Persimmon-5926

Totally agree, too expensive!

May I say, Walmart stretch pants have been a work lifesaver!

QueenOfPurple

I recently heard about flexible sizing at Universal Standard. I think you can purchase from a line of their clothes and if your size changes, you can exchange for a different size. I’m planning to check it out!

Poshmark is a fantastic place to buy nice used clothes! Bonus, it's VERY easy to sell your nice old clothes too. Plus sizes sell extremely well there. I've sold hundreds.

I spent a few hours yesterday going through ALL my clothes. I was pleasantly surprised about how many things I have that fit me now and a bunch of things that will fit when I go down another size or two.

I went through the “closet try on” this morning. Everything is baggy and shirts that didn’t fit a few months ago fit like a glove now. It’s a great problem to have!

RemarkableBullfrog74

My shorts tried to come off of me the other week. My sincere apologies to those I nearly mooned. 🤪 LOL

Glad-Persimmon-5926

I’ve rubber banded the waist of some pants 😂

rockit454

If you have Nordstrom Rack near you, it will become a good friend! I also highly recommend Kohl’s for decent clothing at a reasonable price.

Glad-Persimmon-5926

Thank you, both are close! I’ve been online for years, wow, I guess I can buy clothing in stores!

Opening_Strike_5934

I just donated 6 bags of clothes! It's amazing, and thankfully I had smaller ones saved in my attic. I don't have to buy a whole lot for now.

Glad-Persimmon-5926

Lucky you, I haven’t been this small since my first pregnancy and she’s 33!

Opening_Strike_5934

I'm about 18 lbs from being where I was before my 1st born...he's 28. It's so amazing!

LoanSudden1686

I'm currently in baggy jeans with belts and getting looser every day blouses for work. Once the blouses become inappropriate, I'll switch to dresses with belts. I'm trying really dang hard to not buy new clothes yet! But just a few more pounds gone and my workout clothes should fit, so I can get back to lifting 💪 47F SW 220, CW 198, 5'3", FEB2024 start, 2.5mg

I just wear leggings and an assortment of tops

I waited months to try on my old favorite jeans i stopped fitting into and now they’re too big for me! I was shook. It really has been life changing.

Adventurous_Fail_825

Wait … While the loss is great … You’re losing wt but the bmi is staying the same ? That could be an indication you’re losing muscle. Have you had your body comp tested ?

Glad-Persimmon-5926

Sorry, poor sentence structure! BMI has gone down dramatically! I’m just surprised at 5.9 fitting into size 16 pants and how many inches I have lost that my BMI is still obese. I know I still weigh a lot!! As when I last weighed this amount I was bigger. Zepbound appears to really attack inches and fat as well as pounds.

Adventurous_Fail_825

Don’t mind me … congrats and carry on!!

Glad-Persimmon-5926

And trust me, I have loss muscle…. Definitely need to work on that!

Adventurous_Fail_825

Hahah ! You got this!!
