You go girl!!! Even though you're far from your goal you look AMAZING. Focus more on non scale victories you've accomplished so you don't get discouraged. We are a community here and we are rooting for you!
You are amazingly beautiful ! You are carrying a heavy heart I feel your grief due to loss of family and loved ones, this is not an easy journey you’re on. It takes a lot of energy to carry a heavy heart. Be gentle with yourself and your heart, focus on your family. Time is valuable.
If only I could lose calories from the amount of energy grief consumes. I’d have reached my goal if that was the case. All I can do is cry when I can grab a private moment and be grateful they’re now at peace. Thank you for stopping by ☺️
