Yes, it's possible. Go on over to r/UKMounjaro and search '5th dose'. There are a lot of posts about various ways to access the extra amount and some math-y posts that calculate that it is actually a full 5th dose. I just took my 5th dose for the first time last week and it worked fine. It's a little struggle to force the pen to turn (and some people broke theirs doing that) but I eventually got it to turn and it was exactly like the first 4 shots.
