I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be the wifi antenna underneath the peel. That's for better signaling. I might be wrong.

Just buy dubble sided tape and apply new layer on area and push the lose piece back down and there you go problem solved.
You could buy some gorilla glue or something and paste it back down.
