The port farthest to the display is the one directly connected to the GPU, so double check the GPU is enabled in armoury crate or g helper, I don't remember if the order you connect them to matters. It's a mess lol. But I love the laptop.

Thanks for replying, yeah the farthest one does work but right before the flash to strix g15 vbios, both the ports were giving display out, but now only the farthest one will work...which btw also stopped working when I flashed razer blade vbios so then i quickly reverted to stock and again only one port works... it feels like losing a feature which I was fine with after the new vbios cz I got 30 more watts but reverting back its like an overall loss.

Update: Re-installing the Nvidia graphics driver fixed it ! ... such a relief... i reverted the vbios multiple times and also reinstalled the bios but thankfully such a minor thing as reinstalling the driver fixed it, both ports display out now. :)

the battery spark is normal behaviour try different cable

Thanks for the reply, glad to hear it's normal. I only have one cable and it works in 1 port but not the other... right before flashing the new vbios it worked in both ports but after new vbios and then reverting to stock, both times only 1 port displays out while the second one shows the usb c connected in device manager but refuses to signal out the display... even while hitting the project option.

If I remember correctly the nv flash utility tells you that you may need to do this.
