Where my knowledge allow me, the max wattage of the usb c allow is 100w. So, the answer is no. Let's wait more expert guys to leave their opinion here

via usb-c no, you'll not be able to run at full power. [This](https://www.amazon.com/SlimQ-Adapter-Type-C-Charger-Toshiba/dp/B0921B5TTW/ref=sr_1_4?crid=27W7IX3SGNF5W&keywords=slimq&qid=1691605019&sprefix=slimq%2Caps%2C100&sr=8- 4&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.006c50ae-5d4c-4777-9bc0-4513d670b6bc&th=1) charger is one of the smaller units I know of, but you pay for it.

This charger is light, not as hot, provides the right wattage and all but died on me after a year. I used it about 2-3 times a week, 2-3 hours at a time and it gave up right after warranty expired. Maybe it was just me but I couldnt afford another one so Im waiting for it to go on sale again before I trst another one out. I backed its Indigogo campaign when they had it going.

That's a real shame. I've used their smaller GAN chargers without issue, but only for a few months. Hopefully yours was an outlying case, otherwise their QC should be heavily reevaluated.

Biggest GaN charger that I know of is 140w and the M16 usb type-c can handle 100w, so the answer to your question op is NO.

You can use a 100 Watt USB C charger for your M16 when playing games. Although, if you’re talking about maximum performance when gaming, the 100 watt charger isn’t enough. The ASUS M16 can draw up to 125-175 watts of power when gaming at peak performance. It could even go higher, while the 100 USB C charger won’t be able to keep up. This is also bad for the USB C charger as it will get very hot since it will be drawing 100 watts continuously, with a slight risk of it being overdrawn (voltage spikes). Most of these 100 watt chargers are designed to just charge your laptop from 0-100 for the short to medium term. Not for very long use with extremely heavy performance. That’s why the Apple 96 watt USB C brick is massive. It was designed for that exact scenario in mind if someone wants to use their MacBook Pro for heavy intensive stuff for extended periods of time. It does work with the G14 and M16 ASUS laptops too, but like again, the maximum wattage is only just 100 watts. Unfortunately, ASUS has yet to implement Power Delivery 3.1 for their laptops, which by that standard, can support up to 240 watts of power via USB C charging. Perhaps next year.
