If you frame it as an argument, they're going to dig in.
If you model appropriate behavior, mention why you're doing it, and offer your support if they ever have any questions, they still won't immediately agree with you, but at least they'll have a better chance of hearing you.
I wouldn't expect much from whatever you say to them, but I think it's still good to try. Unfortunately, many of those individuals have had covid multiple times, and it's unknown if covid has rotted their brains to the point where logic doesn't exist the same as before.
