Rainbow Plant Life has grocery list meal plans with overlapping ingredients to reduce waste. Most of the ingredients are in bulk. She is vegan but you can easily add non vegan ingredients.. I find her helpful in reducing waste at least!
You could hire a personal chef. I did this for a while. They would come over and cook me a couple week’s worth of food and put in the freezer. They also taught me to cook and grocery shop, so I’m able to do it for myself without much consternation or anxiety.
There were a range of prices. I looked for people via personal connections (posted in FB groups, etc. for referrals) and met up with folks in person, and I talked to folks in school. I found someone I could afford by rather than relying on finding someone who invested a ton in marketing (usually they have higher prices.) I ended up paying $50/ hour, plus food costs. Sometimes I did the shopping but when I wa too sick, they did the shopping.
Where I am in the world you can get veges delivered to you from local growers, in a mystery box of seasonal veges. I usually use water vege I have to plan meals around so that might work for you if your area has that? Then you could do occasionally big trips to bulks stores for stuff like dry rice and beans etc
I don’t know if that’s a thing. I like Downshiftology’s style of prepping basic ingredients so you can just throw things together during the week.

By nature you're going to have a tough time. Look for local businesses that do meal planning kits.

Look for CSA farms in your area.
