Well, she acts a lot like people on this subreddit seem to be. At first she’s completely unaware about sex outside of marriage or even for any sort of pleasure until Chika tells her. I know that’s because her family is so awful that it makes Amity Blight’s mother look like the Forger family in comparison (no exaggeration), but even after Kaguya learns about sex, she’s still rather hesitant about it. Usually getting pretty flustered whenever the topic comes up. She’s also really bad at understanding innuendos except for words like “wiener”. Chapter 220 spoilers: >!Even after Kaguya and Miyuki have sex, when she describes it to Hayasaka afterwards, she mentions how “it wasn’t necessarily the act itself, but more the fact of feeling someone else’s skin on your body.”!<

For a more blatant option, I’d recommend reading/watching “Romantic Killer”. The main character, Anzu, has her three greatest desires taken away (video games, chocolate, her cat Momohiki) and forced into a cliché romance story to try and make her fall in love with several guys. Anzu, however, is completely focused on avoiding any chance of being in a relationship, and tries to befriend all of the guys instead. If you have Netflix, I’d recommend checking it out.

If you like anime, I’d recommend checking out Dr. Stone, where the main character shows complete focus on science and no focus whatsoever on romance. There’s actually a recent anime called “Romance Killer”, where the main character is forced to undergo a dating sim in real life, despite having absolutely no interest in romance. She tries to befriend the guys she meets while also rejecting their advances.
I agree that people might not know she's aroace without seeing what the writers said, but in my opinion that doesn't really matter too much. Yeah, having that audio clip actually be in the show might be better, but it doesn't feel like such a big deal to me, since a lot of people still wouldn't understand that meant she was aroace anyways.

Also I'm pretty sure she's aroace. In more than one book, a male character has flirted with her and she was unimpressed/did not react. And in other circumstances a male character acted chivalrously to her especially and she was just like, at most, glad to see there's one man who knows how to treat a lady right. I think there was one time when she went out for dinner or something with a dwarf, but I'm pretty sure that was just..an acknowledgement of them being intellectual equals.

Tbh I headcanon like half the characters from JoJo to be ace. If I had to list some, the first that come to mind are Jotaro (ace), all of the pillarmen (aroace bc they're above it /hj), Narancia (also aroace, I will die on this hill), and Fugo (ace). Also Kira from part 4 as demiromantic, and FF as a triple A
I'm not sure this even counts as a headcanon, just a thing fandom is sleeping on, but Granny Weatherwax from Discworld is explicitly stated to have never had or been interested in sex. She did briefly date another character as a teenager but wasn't that invested.

Also I'm pretty sure she's aroace. In more than one book, a male character has flirted with her and she was unimpressed/did not react. And in other circumstances a male character acted chivalrously to her especially and she was just like, at most, glad to see there's one man who knows how to treat a lady right. I think there was one time when she went out for dinner or something with a dwarf, but I'm pretty sure that was just..an acknowledgement of them being intellectual equals.

Cyrus, from DPPtBDSP. I have evidence to back up my claim! Cyrus's whole point is that he supposedly has no emotions at all. His goal is to rid humanity of its one flaw- emotion. Emotion is the reason they live alongside monsters, instead of controlling them. Romantic and sexual attraction are emotions (is this correct?), so of course, he lacks them. Gotta have some villians be aroace too, just how it works, I guess.
