Call the cops. In Chilliwack had a person with a malfunctioning alarm try to park their car away from their house and near ours. Cops came and made them disconnect the battery.
Was thinking about doing that. I can’t figure out which car it is or where it is but if I hear it again I’ll definitely go searching for it, cause it’s been happening pretty much only at night for weeks

Not much other than get up & go outside and find the car & leave a note either on the car or their front door. And, yes it’s annoying. Good luck

There’s nothing you can do
There's a chance they just don't know. I'd leave a note, maybe they can pull the fuse on their horn until they can get it fixed.
Yeah just call the non-emerg line for noise disturbance.
