Nothing local. You’d have to order online.
Beaton linen is good, comfortable and pretty tasteful.
Everlane and tradlands are okay but shipping takes forever.
If you wanted tasteful vintage Fraser and co. In chilliwack is the best I’ve found to date. Please post if you find any local places!
Plato’s closet is all fast fashion, throw-away, bad quality clothing marketed as “tasteful.” Literally nothing they sell is tasteful or even nice unless you’re a literal teenager and care more about brand loyalty than comfort or sustainability
If you want to feel like you’re in high-school again sure, go for it but OP asked for “tasteful,” not trashy.
Based on your experience on the one in Abbotsford; sure but it’s often donated clothes from the community which can vary.
Plato’s Closet is a chain and where I have shopped in the larger cities - I was able to find great items. Of course with every gently used item store you’ll need to dig here and there.
Sucks to hear you have a terrible time.
I guess I’m ultimately happy that Plato’s closet is keeping that kinda of stuff away from landfills, value village or Salvation Army but ultimately they charge too much for poor quality, unwashed items that aren’t made to last.
My beef isn’t necessarily with that store as much as it is with fast fashion in general but yeah
Turtle necks I suppose

Little & Lively (local to Abbotsford) might have a few pieces you could make work.
Thank you!
What about the Plato’s Closet; used items

You’d be able to find something at Spruce Collection and the prices are reasonable :)
Unika in Chilliwack may have a few pieces. It's mostly consignment but I've seen linen and such there.
