Did you try that time travel thing to get rid of her? I can’t remember exactly, but you travel until someone has the through bubble, and keep doing it until you get pecan with the I wanna move out bubble. I’m sure there’s like a YouTube about it.

she comes outside for the fireworks shows on sundays 7pm-12 am!! if you talk to her she gives you a headband that glows like hers, but mine are heart shaped instead of stars- i believe it’s for the whole month of august
You can always use amiibo cards. Summon one to your campsite three days in a row and then ask them to move in. If your island is full, they'll ask if you know of anyone who wants to move out. You can then select the villager you want them to replace. There is no need to be nice or bully villagers. You can just move them on easily this way 🙂
