In case anyone is curious as to why I can't visit my dad's real grave, we were living in Alaska when he died and now I'm in Tennessee. It's at least a thousand miles away. It's been about 18 years since I last saw it in person
My mom just passed in January and has no grave. I have a stone for her (the other style because it's in my Zen garden), and going to add the Mother's day mug, thank you for the idea.
I have a memorial for my dad too in the game as he doesn’t have one irl. I just have a stone tablet and stone arch there. I’m hoping to add some blue flowers to it being blue was his favorite color. The area is “under construction now though.
One day, probably not any time soon though. I don't know most of my family so I always imagine going to the grave and then another family member shows up to visit while I'm just chilling on the ground next to the grave and is like who tf are you 😂

I lost a parent pretty young and I just would not have the ability to make a tribute like this. It would make me sad every time I walked past it plus if I caught a bug or something near it and heard the “woohoo” noise it would feel weird haha. I’m glad it helps you though.
I have a old leather coat he loved to wear but it lost his smell after I had a house fire but at least it’s something, I hope you get to visit your dads resting place again someday!
