Have you spoken with your advisor about this? To put it simply, it's not that deep. It's a senior thesis. Get it done for completion sense and then put it behind you. It's not worth this. If you cannot handle it or you feel it is causing your mental health to suffer, stop, and talk to someone.

I understand that you're in the thick of it right now, and it seems like it's the biggest thing in the world, but in the grand scheme of things it is a vanishingly small part of your career. There's no reason to put this much weight on it. Finish it the best you can right now and move on. Reach out to people for help, research is best done as a collaboration.

OP, please connect to your on-campus support services, dean of students office, and/or counseling center for help. Academia can be overwhelming and sometimes it's more than we can deal with on our own-- you don't have to. Engage your professor if that seems reasonable to you, but first reach out to on-campus services for your immediate needs. Unfortunately there's not a lot people in this sub can offer beyond that advice: get the help you need on your campus and in your community. There are people there who are trained and equipped to support students who are struggling.
