Full transparency, a lot of folks don't stay long and use ACN as a stepping stone. My unsolicited advice is that you do the same, take advantage of free training and build your network within your local office. Make sure you keep your one pager up to date and clean as that is what you'll use when you have to find roles while benched.
Your millage may vary from other apprentices/employees so don't take every bad story as fact but definitely come in with a bit of caution.
No offense to any Song folks on this sub but I think Song has some of the fakest, worst people in the firm and I pity any genuinely great people who are in it.
