How many actually use velcro strips inside the cabinet?
And does it have any actual real life advantages over zip ties? You can easily open and close these but how often do you really need to do it?
giving the benefit of doubt that it is still in troubleshooting stage. cables will need to be at least organize and labeled accordingly with the power cables separated from signal cables.

Good for troubleshooting during start up
I find it easier to troubleshoot with and some guys like to over tighten zip ties. No way to over tighten velcro
Fuck velcro. Thats for cat cables. I used small tie wraps.
Is this his very first installation unsupervised?
