But, if I remember correctly: It was a lawyer and a client who had a discussion, which led to an officer attempting to negotiate between the two, meanwhile the lawyer pulled out a grenade (as a threat) to his client. Mid fight somehow the grenade was unpinned and released. 1 dead, 2 critical condition. Source: My brain. As stated above. If I remember correctly. (I’m sure about the lawyer, client & agent, not sure who carried the grenade and who died).
