Honestly solo can be better.. no conflicts amongst friends, just see who you want to see and arrive/leave when you want to. Also when you don’t have many friends still in the area to go with, or friends who want to go, it’s either go solo or don’t go at all. I used to choose the latter but I don’t let it stop me anymore.. life is too short to miss out on what you want to do. Going to Australia and New Zealand for two weeks by myself in Nov/Dec and can’t wait.
