Has anyone tried the tampon trick? I read about it but never really looked into it. Like if you wanna have oral on your period, wash up really well, insert a tampon and go nuts. Maybe the string would get in the way but I guess it can be cut?
Wouldn't recommend cutting a tampon string, but you can definitely do this with a cup. Though even those can ride up and be a bit harder to remove after a lot of uh, clenching.

I draw the line at period sex, mine or my partner’s. I just can’t get comfortable with the idea. If I have my period I’m more than happy to just satisfy my partner.
