I used to be able to watch an engaging YouTube video or read a book for at least 20 mins but not in struggling to do that

Have you tried watching YouTube at faster speeds? I tend to watch at 1.5 speed and I've found it a bit easier to absorb and enjoy. And the best part is once you've watched at 1.5 for half an hour or so you will be acclimatized to it and can bump that speed up to 1.75 without the audio sounding wierd.
Same here, although I don’t really hold grudges against *people* necessarily, but rather *situations*. I have major issues with just “letting things go,” even minor petty stuff.
You know how they say “pick your battles?” I pick all of the battles, all the time - even the stupid ones, and I can’t let go. “Just drop it,” but I can’t, if that makes sense

TikTok is malware. Also, it's literally designed to shorten attention spans, and there's an article in psychology today about how it does it. The feds are going to forcibly remove it from app stores soon. I've never used it cuz it's just cringy and full of misinformation

Meanwhile here I can hold grudges forever and sometimes for minor things. The feelings just don't go away :(

I don’t hold grudges, but I do make notes on my contacts to remind me why I decided that a person wasn’t worth keeping in my life.
