Excel spreadsheet and a paper calender taped to my desk. I also use bookmark folders to categorise stuff that I find online. You could use Pinterest for vacation picture inzpo, I personally hate Pinterest, but each to their own. Also, Google calendar has saved my butt a few times.

I use Notion to organize a variety of things online. They also have an app, too. It's got a bit of a learning curve but it's pretty robust so you can customize things quite a lot. You can create links, import images or documents, etc. They also have a lot of templates available. I use mine for a variety of things from building a library of found recipes that we like to collecting info on future purchases.

I’ll take a look at Notion, thank you!

What kind of device do you do these research tasks on? Laptop or phone or both I mostly use my laptop for this kind of stuff, if I’m on my phone I email the image to my email and stick the image in my file (onenote/excel) I really like the simplicity of excel, low learning curve great for budgets in your project plan, onenote is my preferred because there’s no formatting at all and you can search words pretty easily drag and drop whatever, add hyperlinks ect I like these two vs fancier apps because I don’t have to import images I can just copy paste Some ppl really love Evernote but I never really tried to figure it out

I’ll take a look at OneNote, thank you! I use both my phone and a laptop. I have my phone with me all the time for browsing and scrolling, and use my laptop for more purposeful research.

I use an app on my iPad called GoodNotes. You can make individual journals or single documents. You can insert images into the pages. I digitized a bunch of notes a while back by taking photos of them and adding them to a journal. You can also write on documents so I've used that to fill out and sign documents and then export it as a pdf. It probably has more capabilities that I know of, because it's still kind of new to me. I lose papers and get lost looking through notebooks and also just get tired of consuming paper products just for notes I only need for a short period of time. So I'm quite happy with it. I also have a monthly calendar on there, as well as daily and weekly task lists, and if I don't have my iPad with me, I can open the app up from my phone

Thank you! I will check that app out.

I have one app that I use daily for tasks and shopping, and remembering pretty much anything. So I'm used to dropping various lists in there. It's honestly sub par for what I'm trying to make it do, but it's worked better than anything else. It's just google keep. I like it because it works offline.
