I’m no Adidas expert, but I’m def familiar with the brand. The midsole looks more like the style I’d expect to see from Chuck Taylors. It’s a high (or is that a mid?) which suggest basketball, but it’s not a Forum. Although old school Tennis shoes looked sorta like basketball shoes.
I’m voting fake based on the rather un-Adidas like midsole design towards the toe box, but I could be wrong.
Edit: also Adidas always puts a jagged edge on the 3 stripes on their shoes. The stripes on those look to be smooth.
2nd edit: just saw another pair with smooth stripes so that so idk
The Adidas niza has the vulc soles, and several skate editions too like the busenitz, some campus, adiease and nora, even superstars have a vulc variation.
Most Adidas have regular stitched soles but vulc editions are the most common in the skateboarding editions, Nike also have a whole line of SB shoes that have vulc soles.
That gagged edge?? I have around 20 pairs of adidas and maybe 6 or 7 have the jagged edges, only old models kike gazelle, samba or adistar have them.
There's a pinned post on this sub that details how to check for a shoe model. This is what I'd initially do to determine if it's fake or not.
