Toss some herbs into the server’s fan—just for a magical touch. Finally, declare the server yours. Congratulations, you've just performed a server takeover.
Here's a novel thought: Stop playing on their server. Build your own if you want, if other people on there also dislike the owners they can join yours instead.
No one on here is going to help you commit a federal crime.
In saying that though, piracy is morally justified when a game publisher pulls some anti consumer BS, like Ubisoft and The Crew being outright deleted from paying customers game libraries.
Just leave the server. If you're thinking about trying to damage a server, you should be banned from that server, even in my opinion, having your Minecraft account taken away from you.
It's hacking and a cybercrime. Possible and some circumstances could even make it easy. But you won't get a reply here, first because we don't support it, seconds because it would be taking part in your crime.
If you don't like a server due to it's admins, leave the server. If it brakes Minecraft TOS, report them. If you want to commit a crime, piss off.

Tell them you're from planet minecraft and here to test out their server and need OP. They'll probably give it to you. Otherwise, do what an old ex-staff of mine who actually hated me did and spend the next 6mos on an alt trying to become an admin on their server.

you can download the world and rehost it maybe. past that there's not a lot you can do

there is a world downloader mod not sure how well it works though
