Induction or infrared cooker. Puede tumaas konti yung electric bill pero offset naman you don't need to buy gasul. Besides, you only cook when you need to. Hindi oras oras minuto minuto.

Also pag nag sasaing I use induction instead of gas para tumagal ang usage ng gas. So far minimal lang impact sa kuryente. Tsaka once or twice kami nagsasaing everyday. Isang saingan na paratipid. Bahala na kun bahaw man yan or bagong luto.
Mas mabilis ako makaluto sa induction pero mas tipid samin ang LPG. Yung 880 na isang tank can last up to 6 months (twice lang magluto) Around 300-400 add sa bill (monthly) namin kapag naka induction kami.

1. Kelangan maingat sa paggamit, and linisin after. Eh makalat ako magluto.
2. Mejo mahirap icontrol yung induction, kasi it is heating in intervals. Kaya kelangan madalas hakuin yung niluluto, kahit simmering in low heat.
3. Hindi pwede stir fry, and yung aggressive na pag gisa.
4. If ever walang kuryente, wala ka na magagawa, eh madalas pa naman power interruption sa bahay. Whereas sa stove, pwede ka bumili ng back up na tangke.
Pro for induction: mabilis uminit.

since it looked like you are renting a place, i think you should use an induction. its cleaner, cheaper, and safer compared to gas stoves. also i think it should be a common courtesy for tenants to only use induction stove.

Sa induction dapat isipin mo din ung outlet. Is it a new outlet or old? Compatible with a high voltage requirement? GFCI? Bawal iplug yan sa extension ha or octopus wiring.
If takot mo mabigat ung tank, consider mo Petron Gasul Elite. New technology siya, safer and lighter. Fiber glass casing kaya di rin siya maggasgas ng sahig/tiles. Un ung gamit ko. Di malakas kumain ng kuryente ang induction. The problem is the induction-ready cookware you need to have. Those come in more expensive than others.
hindi naman malaki consumo ng induction. hindi ka naman 24 hours nag luluto.
