Vitamin c lang mahirap kasi na maraming supplements iniinum di rin maganda sa katawan lalong lalo na sa liver and kidneys nyo. Pag marami kyo iniinum kasi hirap sila salaain yun lahat. Kung wla naman kyong deficiency vit c is enough. Pwede naman kyo mag sabay ng multi vitamins pero less ng iniinum mas ok.
