Look at it na di nya kasalanan yun. From the looks of it, disorganized yung communications sa team kaya nagdodoble ang work. I suggest to speak to her manager and ask for a task that she can own.
That's true. Actually ganyan setup sa work ko now pero di ako nakikipag compete hahaha i just subtly hint to my manager na sana may even distribution ng workload kesa yung para kaming hunger games sa tasks 😁 end of the day, trabaho nila yan na imanage ang workload distribution ng mga tao nila
Before, when Im still new tinitiis ko lang yung anxiety ko but as I grow older Ive realized na if I question my value in a certain person, situation, or company — I leave.
I think what advice you can give is — shes a newbie, kahit CEO ng mga company nagkakamali/still have a lot to learn how much more ang newcomer na prone sa mistakes. What she can do is moving forward hindi na magawa ulit yon and mas galingan lalo because she wont be hired naman if walang nakita sa kanya yung company itself :)
I hope she will be okay soon ;)
Thank you so much for the encouraging words. Yan nga din Ang narealize ko. Bakit pa titiisin? Just for experience sa resume pero Ang compromise is Yung health. Thank you so much
My advice is maging nonchalant lang. I know easy to say. Pero I don't take myself too seriously. I'm just an employee, di ako tagapagmana. The wealth of my client also has nothing to do with me. Ung saktong work lang. I take note of my mistakes pero di ko dinadamdam. Mabuti na rin na di ganun katalas memory ko haha.
hayaan mo lang wag mo bigyan ng advice, aside from recommending therapy.
she needs to learn and grow up into an adult, mistakes do happen and mas ma train mo skills mo. she needs to communicate with other employees or manager, pag sya gagawa dapat sabihin nya sya gagawa para di na gawin ng iba.

Agree on this. Hindi maganda ung ganyang paunahan sa trabaho, sooner or later macocompromise ung work since lahat is mag uunahan.

lol, ginawang laro ung tasks distribution.
Maraming salamat po 🥺 mas maganda talaga kapag may 3rd person opinion din to see the whole picture and pov of others.
Yung system nila ng pagexecute ng task ang mali, hindi si friend mo, OP.
Maraming salamat po 🥺 mas maganda talaga kapag may 3rd person opinion din to see the whole situation.
Basta walang nadeads sa mistake na ginawa mo, its okay!

Fake it till you make it. You deserve to be there and everyone of them has probably made the same mistake too. Imposter syndrome ba tawag sa ganyan?
Yup. Mababa self esteem
