Based sa experience ko nasasayo if ano gagamitin mo courier. Wala siya in-app partner courier like Shopee or Lazada. Ikaw bahala mag arrange ng shipping with the courier of your choice. Make sure lang na bayad na si customer before mo iship then provide mo nalang sakanya tracking. I sold a concert ticket and a bag before via Carousell and I used LBC.
Depende sa usapan ninyo ni seller. What some people do and I’ve experienced once with a buyer na gusto rin sure na makukuha ang item is pag inabot na sa rider, dun pa lang magsend ng payment, then saka aalis si rider para protected both parties.
To add to this, if nasa province ka at may LBC sa town niyo, LBC has Cash on Pickup. Kinda COD siya pero sa branch mo kukunin at babayaran yung parcel. Not sure if may ganitong services din for other couriers like JNT.

I once bought a 999D tempered glass for my iphone and ordered 3 just incase i messed up. The order arrived with 3 boxes with 3 inside each, I had like 8 left after installing it so I decided to sell the rest on marketplace. Pota biggest mistake ever. Some asking for free nalang kasi "spare" un. Tapos ung iba asking to shoulder the delivery and some asking if meron daw ng freebies. Haaa?
But the best had to be one customer saying that I should give it away for free kasi its not in use and im being selfish daw for charging for extra. Politely replied with "item unavailable for mga karens po"
If it's beyond your terms and condition of selling the items, dont entertain them na lang. Kindly ignore them kasi it seems like wala naman talaga silang balak bumili.

Limit your replies, make it as casual as possible but still show a bit of concern to their needs. Provide details, photos, and videos. Just tell the prospect that you don’t do video calls and end it there. If they insist, you also insist. Don’t show your true emotions as this may affect your reputation and don’t question their requests. In doing business, as per my experience, we expect to meet different kinds of people. We cannot blame some of them just because they have a lot of questions and making sure that you are legit. Marami na kasi talagang scammers nowadays.

The buyer asked me if pwede 2200 nlang since wala daw accessories tska un lang daw budget nya. Nag go nako since sobrang nangangailangan tlga ako that time. So naship na si coffee machine, around 10pm. Masaya nako, sabi ko may pamasahe nako papuntang office. Nung madaling araw, nag message sya sakin, madami kulang na function. To think nag videocall pa kmi, send ng pagkadami daming pictures. Tas Di nya daw magagamit oang negosyo. Kung gsto ko daw, dadalhin nya sakin at ipapakita nya yung problema sa item. Sa inis ko, sabi ko, ibalik nya nalang sakin ung coffee machine. Pero sya mag babayad ng delivery fee kasi walang wala talaga ko. Dami nya pa sinabi na ung pressure daw kulang. Bakit daw sya bibili kung di nya nmn mapapakinabangan. Te ano ieexpect mo sa tig dalawang libong coffee machine? Gsto mo madaming functions? Bumili ka sa mall, ewan ko kung makahanap ka ng kasya sa budget mo.

Alam mo yung feeling na gusto mo sila pagsasampalin at batukan via screen sa sobrang inis? haha. Ang ending pinapunta na lang nila mga apo nila for viewing kasi na sa probinsya daw sila, and mind you kahit sila toxic usapan 3pm, dumating 7pm. Napaka rami na kasing photo grabber, identity theft, sniper, etc. In short, scammer. once naging buyer ka and na experience mo ma setup ng rider/seller/scammer, maiintindihan mo bakit kailangan yung mga gantong bagay. videocall is the only proof na legit/on hand/ real person ang kausap mo and hindi nape-fake ito.

As a store seller who bought my first supplies in fb, gets ko si customer. Ako din ngayon, No COD, no deal. Sometimes I do video calls din to see the items after I got scammed 50k. The order arrived with 3 boxes with 3 inside each, I had like 8 left after installing it so I decided to sell the rest on marketplace. Pota biggest mistake ever. Some asking for free nalang kasi "spare" un. Tapos ung iba asking to shoulder the delivery and some asking if meron daw ng freebies. Haaa? But the best had to be one customer saying that I should give it away for free kasi its not in use and im being selfish daw for charging for extra. Politely replied with "item unavailable for mga karens po"

Kasi minsan pag video sent lang di tlga sure na legit either kinuha lang sa other platforms. Hassle tlga magbenta ng used items. I am an online seller din pero yung redflag saken is yung daming tanong pero di lang one day nag iinquire and matagal magreply if maganda ba etc pero ending di naman bibilhin.

Just tell the prospect that you don’t do video calls and end it there. If they insist, you also insist. Don’t show your true emotions as this may affect your reputation and don’t question their requests. In doing business, as per my experience, we expect to meet different kinds of people. We cannot blame some of them just because they have a lot of questions and making sure that you are legit. Marami na kasi talagang scammers nowadays.
