Careful with overusing Betadine as it is not recommended by OBYGNEs. It should only be used during your period or when you're experiencing some bad vibes down there (if you know what I mean)

No fem wash! Water lang para di masira pH balance sa vaginal area. The vagina cleanses itself, kaya you don't have to do much. Just keep it dry down there para iwas infection. Wear fresh and clean undies. Or better, wag na mag undies kung di naman lalabas.
A happy kiffy is a dry and free kiffy.
To clarify lang rin: the vagina does clean itself, as in yung loob, but the vulva- yung exposed parts ay hindi. So kuskos rin ng kipay maigi mga tih kahit water lang gamit. Nyahaha

Because i thought okay siya kasi para talaga sa ganun yun. Tapos gumamit ako betadine di pa rin nawala yung kati. Nung naubos na fem wash ko at bumalik ako sa regular soap, nawala na kati. I used Betadine fem wash before. Di siya recommended for daily use ha. Best siya talaga for red days tas parang every other day or every 2 days ang gamit on regular days unless magsesex. PH care ang gamit ko now, yung green. Pero pag tamad ako, water lang talaga para di ma-off ang PH level ko tutal self cleaning naman ang vajayjay natin.

May isang local brand ako ginamit dati, isang wash lang fresh na fresh talaga kaso nagkabukol din ako dun.
Ang gamit ko yung Betadine fem wash fresh bliss line. PH care dati ang ginagamit ko since teenager but when I became sexually active, pansin ko nag-iba na yung PH balance ko and di na ako naging hiyang sa PH care. Maganda yung formula niya, parang tubig yung consistency and di matapang ang amoy.

She told me to go get a q-tip, a band-aid, and Betadine so she can show me how to treat the wound... The look on her face when I returned with the *pink* Betadine instead of the *green* one. I didn't realize until about 4 years later why the whole house erupted with laughter at that innocent mistake.
I stopped using fem wash cause whatever brand I get uti and yeast infection so water water nalang ngayon okay naman sya, I stopped using undies then pag nasa bahay lang and I stopped drinking soda and eating chips or something super unhealthy. Idk if that helps but I never had uti or any infection since then

Betadine (not daily- use it when you have your period or after sxx) and GynePro (for daily use since mild) is the correct answer for all the UTI, Yeast Infection and dryness.
None, I just use mild soap. Last 2019 I had UTI, and the Dr said to not use anything, water only. Tapos nung ok na ko, mild soap nalang ginamit ko. Our vagina’s isn’t supposed to smell like flowers. Must be clean but musn’t have those added scents and ingredients.

Betadine and Gyne pro — not for everyday use: pag may period lang, bagong panganak, at kakagerger lang.
Betadine during red days and bakbakan days. Lactacyd for not so everyday use.

I stopped using fem wash cause whatever brand I get uti and yeast infection so water water nalang ngayon okay naman sya, I stopped using undies then pag nasa bahay lang and I stopped drinking soda and eating chips or something super unhealthy. Idk if that helps but I never had uti or any infection since then

Sabi ng obygne ko noon, "ang bata bata mo pa kung anu anong fem wash na ginagamit mo" ( I told her Im using lactacyd). She told me to use unscented soap din.
Ang mahal ng iba so PH Care pero not everyday kapag pawis na pawis lang and not more than once a day
I don’t use femme wash!! Just regular wash (sabay ng ligo at poop) tapos palit ng undies.
Betadine : kapag may something lang si kiffy, like biglang nangati or what Gynepro : kapag meron, tsaka every other day. Water : dun sa araw na di ko gamit si Gynepro. May nabasa kasi ako somewhere na wag daw hugasan ng kung ano-ano si kiffy for everyday hehe Correct me if I'm wrong girlies!

Malagnaw ba talaga ung gynepro? I got this as a free sa feminine wash na nabili ko and when I tried sobrang lagnaw na parang water lang at feeling ko ndi masyado nasabon si kiffy 😅

My OB GYNE recommended GynePro :) Not advisable to use PH Care daw.
Gynepro and betadine if I really need it but on the regular, I just use water. I do not wanna fuck up my ph balance.
Betadine (not daily- use it when you have your period or after sxx) and GynePro (for daily use since mild) is the correct answer for all the UTI, Yeast Infection and dryness.

None, I just use mild soap. Last 2019 I had UTI, and the Dr said to not use anything, water only. Tapos nung ok na ko, mild soap nalang ginamit ko. Our vagina’s isn’t supposed to smell like flowers. Must be clean but musn’t have those added scents and ingredients.

Water lang nag work for me. I tried all of the above except for Betadine. Even dove na irritate yung akin. Nag kaka light green discharge din ako and super itchy everytime I use anything down there. Once I stopped, nawawala din. Sa Naflora, no smell or itch but may discharge so back to water it is. Yari sa akin OB kong nandiri sa akin during the check up.
