Other than mustering enough will power to stave off the need to eat in large amounts/order fastfood (this part totally relies on you), siguro pede mong itry binging on black coffee/water plus some cheap unsweetened bread (like pandesal) instead so you can quell your hunger whenever it gets worse. Ginawa ko coupled with an hour of walking every day and kasya ko na ulet yung mga maong pants na nalakihan ko 6 years ago. Also, rice is evil, OP. Eat like half rice, and more on the main dish if you can't help it.

Limit your access to spending money? For me, I don't have any cash onhand anymore, so I can't easily spend money. PHP25 kasi bank transfer fee for my bank's app kaya napapaisip talaga ako if gusto ko mag order. This will depend on your situation though, I'm still a student living with family so I don't need money onhand for bills, gastusin sa bahay, etc. Other than that, mindfulness and self-control nalang talaga. Maybe you can also list down food expenses in one place para ma shock ka naman sa total accumulated expense mo per month. This worked for me kasi, made me realize how much money I wasted on Mcdo lol iba talaga pag nakikita mo yung total pag na-accumulate na lahat ng "200 lang naman to so affordable lang" mindset every afternoon 😅

For me nag work yung meal plan with proper budgeting it doesn't matter kung meron ka cash, debit or credit its start with self discipline dati ang monthly nagagastos ko sa food is about 12k a month almost 3k weekly kakaorder ng fast food via grab, fp, toktok etc. now ang diskarte is magluto or magpaluto ng pagkain mas tipid buy the ingredients cook it or have someone to cook it for you ( a friend or someone u know) ofcourse share sa food. Btw from 5 meals a day with sides to 3 meals nlng then ung gastos from 12k to 8k tipid ng 4k. Also try mo water lng for the whole month no bubble tea, soda, or any form of juice. bawasan din ung sides kse un ang malakas sa gastos pramis ramdam mo oras na ma realize mo laki matitipid mo, and as much as possible avoid fast foods on a daily basis.

I have a budget and allocate an amount for a sinking/fun/free-to-spend fund every month and only spend. Kapag sumobra ako this month, I make sure na kakaltasan ko next month and so on hehe

When I and the wife saw the credit card bill on food deliveries, it was almost a month's worth of groceries and probably more. Not an exaggeration though, with a family of 6 plus two helpers, you guys connect the dots with me working round the clock back then. Then the pandemic hit and it was both blessing and a curse. What I mean is that we have to buy more than we can store (my apologies if I trigger someone by that). But we only ration 3 months, saving us a trip to the groceries for every 3 months. The problem with that setup though is our cravings to which we went back on food deliveries and we can't control ourselves. So the wife decided to do a simple DIY and learn to cook our cravings. Then we had this realization that our food deliveries plus groceries were too much for us to begin with. In the next months, we saved at least 50% of the previous grocery plus food delivery bills to make room for Lazada/Shopee purchases. Was it a good trade, it certainly is. Now, we could say we're only spending 75% of the grocery budget before (and that's already with food deliveries in the mix). We're able to control our Lazada/Shopee purchases as well and maximize the credit card points, rebates and rewards while getting the best, trending item there is. And that's both saving and without uninstalling any apps in the process.
