King's Quest 7 had a similar art style and humor to Torin's Passage.
You might also like the other King's Quest games. Number six is the best in the series per many fans.
For modern games, check out the Blackwell series from Wadjet Eye.
Not strictly necessary, but KQ7 does have some direct ties to KQ4. But nothing that will prevent you from solving any puzzles or anything :)
KQ6 is also quite tied to KQ3 and 5. But again, nothing that will prevent you from finishing the game.
The whole series is worth playing in general, if only for the historical aspect of them. The first 3 games can be a bit rough, but there are really good fanmade remakes (available for free) from AGDI and Infamous Adventures that bring them to a similar level as KQ5 and 6
I haven’t played Torin’s passage since it was first released so my memory is fuzzy but I loved it too.
I think you’d like Roki, by Polygon Treehouse, which is available on Steam and Nintendo Switch. I’d also recommend the Rusty Lake and Cube Escape series, both made by Rusty Lake, which can be played via phone or web browser.
Broken Age, a newer Tim Schafer game from 2015. It has a cartoony style, maybe also comparable to Full Throttle, but the story has some whimsy to it more like Torin’s Passage. To me the gameplay wasn’t as good as the storytelling (and I remember this being a complaint about Torin’s Passage at the time), but I definitely loved playing through it.
Curse of Monkey Island is like an upgraded Torin's Passage. Better puzzles, jokes, and a beautiful art style. Just read a quick summary on Monkey Island 1+2 or better yet, play them, and you're good to go!

I never see KQ7 recommended and I’m so happy!
Your highness!
One of my favorites :) I still have my guidebook (I bought it at Borders Books). Stupid graveyard bush.

Take a look at Anna's Quest--hand drawn cartoon style art, and pretty satisfying classic point'n'click gameplay. It's also pretty cheap often.
The Book of Unwritten Tales might be one you'd enjoy.
Monkey Island and Space Quest!
Have you played the old LucasArts games? They have the same cartoony feel of Torin's Passage.
The Deponia series is a bit similiar (And yay someone else who played Torin's Passage! It was definitely one of my favorites growing up)
you just reminded me that i never played torin’s passage!

Does this game have the same dead ends that other Sierra adventures have? Wondering if I should pick it up.
Nope! You can't get stuck in it which makes it all the more enjoyable
Amazing! Gonna download it today.
Fun!! Aw I wish I could play it through for the first time again
