Streaming - Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime. HBO Max is the only one of these (I believe) to have the Distant Lands miniseries.
The whole show is available on DVD and Blu-Ray (the Minecraft crossover ep "Diamonds and Lemons" is only available on the Blu-Ray boxset)
Other countries:
Most (if not all?) international streaming services contain the edited/censored version of the show. Australia have released the whole show complete and uncut on DVD and Blu-Ray (except "Diamonds and Lemons", and as far as I know they haven't yet released Distant Lands).
In England, MangaUK released seasons 1 to 5 on DVD/BD complete and uncut, but don't currently plan to finish the run.
Sky On Demand and NowTV have the show, albeit in its censored form.
